| At present,China is committed to building a green ecological environment,in order to emphasize the importance of green building development,the State Council in 2016 for the first time "green" as a building development policy,people have put forward higher requirements for a healthy and comfortable living environment.Therefore,how to improve the quality of life of residents and promote the harmonious development of society has become one of the most important issues to be solved nowadays.Based on the climate adaptation theory,this study adopts the CFD green building analysis software of architecture to simulate and analyze the current problems of the scheme and the optimization scheme for the hot summer and warm winter climate of Guangzhou area,and further proposes the design methods to optimize the physical environment of existing villas,and explores the transformation and application of traditional architectural wisdom in the modern living environment.First,this paper uses the numerical architectural simulation software PHOENICS,Ecotect Analysis,to make scientific arguments for the optimized design scheme,and the numerical simulation software to simulate and quantify the climatic environmental factors such as building ventilation and lighting.Secondly,the summer climate characteristics of the area are studied,the layout of three-dimensional space and flat space is optimized,the design of vents and overhanging space is determined,followed by strengthening the guidance of airflow to achieve the effect of thermal pressure ventilation and guidance of airflow,reducing the area of direct indoor sunlight,reducing the impact of heat formed by western sunlight on the indoor space;the original form of sloping roof is continued,and the overhead of the boring roof level and overhead type green roof is utilized.Increase the area of light wells on the negative floor to effectively reduce the probability of water vapor transfer to the interior,reduce the heat absorption of direct sunlight indoors,and reduce building energy consumption.Finally,it is proposed to use photovoltaic panel power generation combined with building fresh air system to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of photovoltaic panel power generation and realizing the comprehensive utilization of solar thermal and photoelectricity.In this paper,a typical existing villa in Guangzhou is used as a case study to combine climate adaptability theory and CFD green building analysis software,to propose a systematic optimization method in view of the indoor and outdoor physical environment problems of existing villas,to explore the green and low-carbon potential of existing villas,to form an optimized design of urban existing villas with Lingnan climate adaptability,and to provide reference and research ideas for the optimized design of urban existing villas in order to realize building It also provides reference and research ideas for the optimal design of urban existing villas in order to achieve energy saving and emission reduction of buildings. |
