Research On Risk Management Of Passenger Ground Services At Tianjin Airport Under The COVID-19 Pandemic

In early 2020,the global COVID-19 outbreak hit the civil aviation industry hard.Under the nationwide call to fight the epidemic,the civil aviation industry is recovering.With the normalization of COVID-19,Tianjin Airport has been shouldering the heavy burden and providing good passenger transport security for passengers in an orderly manner.The Passenger Department of Tianjin Airport is a comprehensive department with a large system,whose task is to ensure passengers’ smooth flight travel.Safety is both the theme and the premise,and risk management is an important means to improve safety.This paper makes an in-depth study on the new situation and possible new risks of airport passenger ground service under the COVID-19 epidemic.First of all,through the domestic and foreign large airports in the epidemic period of passenger transport management for reference,based on the concept of risk and risk management.In this paper,risk identification and risk analysis are carried out based on the operation characteristics of Tianjin Airport.Secondly,the risk factors of passenger transport at Tianjin Airport were classified and identified based on process analytic hierarchy process(AHP)respectively under normal conditions and epidemic conditions.The risk items and reasons were generalized and summarized through four steps of "check-in,waiting,boarding and entering".Thirdly,intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the evaluation index model,and the sub-factors and overall risk factors of Tianjin Airport passenger transport were calculated and analyzed.Expert opinions were used to evaluate each risk and put forward reasonable improvement strategies.Civil aviation safety is an open topic nowadays,which contains many uncertain factors and complicated correlation.In risk research,risks and hidden dangers under various factors can be seen more intuitively.The relevant research in this paper also provides theoretical and methodological support for improving safety prevention and control.
