| China Against the background of covid-19,civil aviation,as an important channel for domestic passenger and cargo transportation,not only plays an irreplaceable role in the fight against the epidemic,but also bears a significant responsibility for basic transportation in the process of national economic recovery.As the civil aviation industry involves domestic and cross-border transportation,its wide risk sources,multiple hazard factors,complex personnel involved,and difficult emergency response also make it a key and difficult link in domestic epidemic prevention and control.Therefore,it is clearly necessary to comprehensively identify,evaluate and respond to the epidemic prevention risks of the airport,thus enhancing the capacity of the airport to safeguard and handle the epidemic prevention risks,plus,reducing the possibility of the epidemic risk of the civil aviation chain spilling over to the domestic public areas.This thesis focuses on the epidemic prevention and control risk management of Kunming Changshui International Airport in the context of global epidemic situation.First,the epidemic prevention risks were identified and screened by brainstorming,field investigation and Delphi method,and a total of 14 risk were listed.Then,the risk value of the identified risk factors was determined by combining qualitative and quantitative methods using the questionnaire survey and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and they were analyzed and commented one by one.Then,according to the results,the risk response strategies and specific measures are proposed for different risk items.For example,the most important risk item is facial recognition of the passenger’s face mask in the security check area,and the coping strategy is to mitigate,prevent and retain the risk,the correspo nding measures are to upgrade the epidemic prevention equipment of the security staff,to strengthen the sterilization frequency of the baggage frame,to strengthen the pre-sequence link to the passenger epidemic prevention propaganda and so on.This paper concludes that the overall risk of Kunming Changshui International Airport is relatively manageable,which is consistent with the findings of my long-term work and interviews,it also confirms that the Kunming Changshui International Airport has a high degree of reliability in interpreting and implementing the policy requirements of relevant authorities in the dynamic epidemic prevention process,and the overall epidemic prevention is stable.In addition,the conclusion supports the rationality and controllability of the change of the epidemic prevention and control policy at the social level,and provides reference for other airports and public transportation centers. |
