Steel structure is an important part of the construction industry,and it has been used in all walks of life in a variety of structural forms.As the main structural form in the light machinery industry,the size of the portal frame is small,which can realize the high-efficient and high-output production in the factory,the quality of the components is good,the use method of the components is simple,can be used repeatedly,can ensure the effective and reasonable use of materials,has a higher economic and engineering practical significance.At present,the main design specification of portal frame is GB51022-2015.There is a specific conditions and in the specification is still the problem of structure design is not clear requirements,for example,logistics transportation workshop need vast space,so the factory in the middle of the part need to remove the post,smoke into the pillar type of frame structure,and the dual slope gantry frame research is small,therefore,based on the analysis of light portal frame design theory research double slope extraction column type rigid frame of door type design method is of great significance.This paper introduces the development and research status of light portal frame steel structure at home and abroad,and the basic design theory of portal frame steel structure.The main CAD software of PKPM-STS and 3D3 S in steel structure design are compared.According to the results of theoretical analysis,combined with the actual situation in the field,the method of designing double-slope suction column portal frame is summarized.A design example is introduced to establish the structure model based on STS software,and the method of setting the structure parameters and the calculation results are analyzed.The differences and advantages of the two software are compared by introducing the structure and modeling methods of 3D3 S software.The key part of the design of double-slope portal frame structure is the change trend of the whole structure when the rigidity of double slope starts to change.The design idea of double-slope drawing-column portal frame is that when the middle column of the structure is taken out,the supporting beam is used to replace it in order to keep the structure stable.In the process of modeling analysis and theoretical calculation,the structure is simplified to a plane model,the bearing is an elastic bearing,and the value of constraint stiffness of the model should be reasonable.In order to increase the overall stiffness of the structure,the supporting mode is the combination of inter-column and longitudinal horizontal mode.When comparing the two kinds of design software applications,the functions of 3D3 S and STS are summarized,including modeling,analysis and checking,design and post-processing drawing,etc.The calculation time of STS software is short,and it has outstanding advantages in the calculation of no sandwich door frame and wall panel unit.3D3 S software has more modules,more complex system and more functions,and it has more advantages in the calculation of laminated portal frame structure,grid frame structure and complex section members.
