Along with the continuous development of economic society and the improvement of people's living standards,the highway has been developed rapidly,which is convenient,fast and convenient,satisfy the inside need of increasingly frequent economic activities,greatly promoted the development of the modern transportation system function layout and perfect,has great economic and social benefits.In recent years,the concept of green and sustainable development is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,all over the country set off a wave of green highway construction,and achieved excellent results.But in this process,such as green concept understand thoroughly,the corresponding guidance is vague,lack of a scientific and fair green highway evaluation index and evaluation model.how to evaluate the green level of the highway,to promote the healthy development of the highway,to achieve economic,social and environmental friendly and harmonious,with great theoretical and practical significance.In this thesis,the integrated use of system engineering,project management theory,under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,green and so on,through the comprehensive collation,the research status of domestic and international green highway,points out that the establishment of the existing highway green evaluation index lack considering from the Angle of highway full life cycle.From the perspective of product whole life,the whole life cycle of green highway is defined,and a set of index system of green highway evaluation is constructed by using statistical method,has some scientific validity.Using the method of extension analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,effectively made up for the inadequacy of analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,realize the constant value of interval judgment matrix.The grey system theory is introduced into the evaluation process of the green highway,and the quantitative evaluation of the green highway is realized,effectively deal with the fuzzy evaluation index information or uncertain situation.thesis finally "chang tong highway",for example,points out that the "chang tong highway" green level belongs to "medium",which indicates that the model has some applicability in the evaluation of green highway.In view of the problem of "chang tong highway",the thesis puts forward the corresponding improvement measures from the aspects of scientific planning,rational utilization of resources,reducing soil erosion,strengthening quality management and so on.Comprehensive,fusion "green" and "harmony" concept,according to the characteristics of the green highway evaluation,thesis builds a set of evaluation index system of green highway,the evaluation system of green highway is constructed based on the extension level analysis method and grey system theory,and the model is proposed to provide a theoretical reference for the green development of the expressway.
