| The construction of expressways plays an important role in the development of regional social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards.However,the construction process of the expressway has also brought enormous environmental pressure and resource pressure to the society.In particular,the construction process of expressways will cause certain disturbances to the ecological environment along the project.Therefore,how to effectively control the environmental pollution and resource consumption during the construction phase is an urgent problem to be solved in the highway construction process.In order to alleviate the pressure on the ecological environment and resource consumption during the construction phase,the state vigorously advocates green transportation construction.Green construction is an important part of realizing green transportation.How to implement it requires a relatively complete green construction evaluation system.Through the objective evaluation of the green construction process,we can truly understand the green construction and promote the construction of the enterprise.Effectively save resources and protect the environment along the project.Based on the case study of the expressway project under construction in the eastern Guangdong area of Guangdong Province,this paper carried out the evaluation of highway green construction evaluation.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the research results of green construction evaluation theory and practice methods at home and abroad,the concept definition,characteristics and principles of highway green construction are systematically expounded,and the related concepts,research objects,problem categories and main aspects of highway green construction evaluation are explained.Contents: Combined with the principles and methods of highway green evaluation index system construction,the PSR framework model is used to classify and identify highway green construction evaluation indicators;the index system and evaluation index of highway green construction evaluation are constructed.There are 6 categories of evaluation indicators,namely: selection of construction plan,construction personnel activities,ecological environment impact,energy and resource utilization,environmental pollution prevention,and ecological environmental protection.Secondly,it compares and analyzes several common methods for determining indicator weight and comprehensive evaluation.The analytic hierarchy process improved by the three-scale scoring method is selected to evaluate the highway green construction evaluation index.The gray-cluster-based comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the highway green construction evaluation model,and the principle of the evaluation model is elaborated.And modeling steps.Finally,taking the construction practice of HL Expressway project in Yuedong area as the research case,the green evaluation model was used in the green evaluation of the expressway project,and the green evaluation result of the construction project was given.On the basis of analyzing the evaluation results,the measures for strengthening the green construction of the project were given,and the final green evaluation was carried out in combination with the improved green construction plan.The good application effect of green construction evaluation in the project is a favorable demonstration of the feasibility and rationality of the green construction evaluation index system and evaluation model in the green construction of expressway. |
