Abstract/Summary:
In order to solve the ecological security problems of Rivers and Lakes such as the Yangtze River,Jinsha River,and Yellow River in China,it is necessary to carry out the ecological dispatching of hydropower stations under the conditions of flow,water temperature,flood control and other factors in the basin,most hydropower stations in China use the gantry crane to grab and lower the stoplogs,and take water from the stoplogs in layers to complete the ecological dispatching on both banks.The ecological dispatching operation of the hydropower station adopts the traditional mobile hoist to carry out the discrete hoisting operation.If the hoist fails,the operation must be stopped and the fault must be checked.There is a huge safety problem,and the operation process of the entire ecological dispatching is affected.The staff’s labor intensity is high,the operation efficiency is low,and it is difficult to meet the time requirements of stratified water intake,therefore,this paper applies virtual prototype technology to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the operating gantry crane,and establishes a dynamic safety evaluation system to visually evaluate the stability of the operating gantry crane and ensure the safety of the operation.This paper takes the ecological operation gantry crane of hydropower station as the research object,introduces the composition and operation system of the operation gantry crane,and analyzes the transmission and interaction of energy flow and information flow of the operation gantry crane coupling system.Based on the modal synthesis method,a reduced-order model of the gantry structure with rail is established.Based on the finite element method,a finite element flexible body model of the steel wire rope is established.The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the gantry crane is established by using the virtual prototype technology.Based on the virtual prototype model of the operating gantry crane,the influence of the trolley running speed and acceleration,the weight of the stoplog door and the swing length of the steel wire rope on the dynamic characteristics of the system is studied,the structural performance index and the system performance index of the operating gantry crane for hydropower station ecological dispatching are proposed,and the dynamic safety evaluation system is established,and the evaluation values of each index are obtained through assignment and normalization,The safety index radar chart was used to visually evaluate various operating conditions of the ecological dispatching operation gantry crane of hydropower station,The research results show that the speed and acceleration of the trolley are the main influencing factors of the horizontal displacement of the main beam,the quality of the stoplog door is the main influencing factor of the structural deformation of the gantry,the swing length of the wire rope is the main influencing factor of the residual swing of the stoplog door,and the operation parameters and lifting parameters of the trolley are the main influencing factors of the stability of the whole gantry crane.When operating the gantry crane for ecological dispatching operation,select the appropriate trolley operation speed and lifting height of the grab beam by adjusting the swing length of the trolley motor and wire rope,and carry out the single-layer stoplog door operation to ensure the safety of the operation.The research method in this paper provides a certain reference for the digital design and safe operation of the ecological dispatching operation gantry crane of hydropower stations.
