| Since China entered WTO, the development of ports and the requirement of port machinery have being higher and higher. So design calculation methods of loading and unloading machines need to be renewed, substantiated and consummated constantly to make port machinery more economic, feasible, reliable and safe. For a long time, the design method of loading and unloading port machine mostly adopts the static design and has no valid method of dynamic emulation, and according to the similar products' information to accomplish design and calculation. Compared to the design technical of spaceflight, aircraft, motor and other high-tech machinery, the design of port machine hasn't adopted effective dynamic analysis method. If the technique of virtual prototype is introduced in study of port machinery, it can realize emulation that the running state of each mechanism under various working conditions which varies according to load and the process which varies according to time. Results from the emulation are used to estimate and judge different data of actual movement. It also has some reference value for the dynamic analysis and calculation of port machinery. What have mentioned above provides the foundation for simulation design study of crane, provides technique support for the creative design and optimization of crane, and plays an important part in expediting the development cycle and reducing the cost.Based on the technique of virtual prototype and utilizes software platform of ADAMS, this paper establishes three-dimensional digitized virtual prototype of integrated system of gantry crane and systematically makes analysis of dynamics emulation of multi-body system. It realizes that emulation of integrated system under different working conditions. Interrelated data which is got in the emulation analysis offers effective methods on dynamic design of integrated system of gantry crane. Main contents of the paper are as follows:It establishes related dynamics models and ascertains dynamics loads under different working conditions according to cranes dynamics theories. Adopting three-dimensional solid modeling software of UG to establish three-dimensional models of integrated system and import them to software of ADAMS. Then, add loads and force on every component, and do the analysis of dynamics emulation of multi-body system;Do modal analysis on integrated system to find out dynamic features of crane, then analyze the data and plotting.In a word, virtual prototype study of integrate system of gantry crane is a trial that apply advanced design, analysis, emulation techniques in design of gantry crane and offers efficient tool and method to design portal crane that is economic, credible, stable and high performance. |
