The Chinese elevator market has also experienced rapid expansion in the past, relying on the rapid increase in urbanization rate and the rapid development of the real estate market in China. At present, the increment of the new elevator sales market has reached its peak, but on the other hand, the huge potential of the huge stock market-the service market-urgently needs to be explored. The reasonable utilization and development of the stock market can effectively hedge the downward pressure of incremental market demand. How to improve the effectiveness of maintenance teams and maintain the competitive advantage of elevator companies themselves. It is an important issue that T Company’s service team urgently needs to solve.Searching for relevant research found that there is insufficient research on the effectiveness of elevator maintenance teams, thus determining the research direction. This paper takes the service team of T Company as the specific research object, based on literature analysis method, and combines relevant theories such as team life cycle and demand hierarchy to conduct research and data organization.Through expert interviews,it explores the team effectiveness evaluation standards applicable to the research object, evaluates the service team effectiveness of T Company, identifies the problems that exist in the service team effectiveness of the research object, and conducts a preliminary analysis of the problems.Based on team research and event interviews with members, several key factors affecting the effectiveness of elevator service teams were extracted.By combining previous literature review and various stages of the team lifecycle,a performance model suitable for maintenance service teams is identified, and a theoretical model for T Company’s service team performance is established.Conduct a questionnaire survey on the key factors identified earlier, and conduct data analysis on a total of 29 influencing factors from five levels:target validity, team composition, organizational and management support, project characteristics, and team operation.Through analysis, relevant conclusions can be drawn about the factors that affect the effectiveness of T Company’s service team, that is,target validity, team composition, organizational and management support, and team operation all have an impact on the overall evaluation results of team effectiveness, while project characteristics do not have a relationship with the overall evaluation.Meanwhile, data analysis also indicates that in the evaluation of these influencing factors by team members, the overall evaluation of goal validity, team composition, and team operation is acceptable, while the evaluation of organizational and management support level is generally low, especially in terms of "clarity of responsibility division","guiding significance of training for practice","role of incentive mechanisms","coordination of differences between members within or outside the organization","information systems" There is a need to improve and optimize the smoothness of the process, external support from the team, feedback from performance evaluations, and the importance of safety among members. Therefore, the subsequent improvement strategy focuses on improving and enhancing the above-mentioned influencing factors.Specific pilot measures have been proposed in terms of target validity, team building, organizational composition, and team operation, such as clear goals, physical customer teams, improved processes, and performance evaluations. The changes in team effectiveness have been verified over a period of time,The conclusion is drawn that optimizing the key influencing factors mentioned above can achieve the effect of improving team effectiveness.
