| With the extensive development model of China’s construction industry for a long time,the resource and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.In order to meet the needs of social and economic development and vigorously promote green and low-carbon buildings,accelerating green development is an important way to deal with global climate change and promote energy conservation and carbon reduction.As an effective carrier of green development,the prefabricated building model arises at the historic moment.The integrated mode can greatly shorten the construction period,effectively weaken the degree of ecological environment pollution caused by the construction site,and inject strong impetus into the transformation of China’s new industrialization.However,as the prefabricated building model in China is still in the development stage,there are still some disadvantages of value conflicts and implementation results caused by many stakeholders and complicated interests that are not obvious.Therefore,to fully realize the value of the prefabricated building model and the significance and key path of the cooperation is a necessary prerequisite to promote the sustainable development of this model.This thesis takes prefabricated concrete structure building as the research object,based on the theory of stakeholders,social exchange,value co-creation theory,combined with the current characteristics of Chinese prefabricated buildings,and defines the value creation subject,connotation and characteristics of prefabricated buildings.By summarizing a large number of scholars at home and abroad existing research and expert interview,identify the prefabricated construction life cycle of six core stakeholders and the interests of the main body and value contribution,established by the government departments,the construction unit,construction unit,design units,supervision units and prefabricated producers six core stakeholders and article 54 value flow of prefabricated construction stakeholders value network theory analysis model.According to the model of the stakeholders value flow prefabricated building value creation five driving factors,and based on the driving factors from the perspective of thrust and pull reveal value creation mechanism,stakeholders of the value creation is under the premise of government laws and regulations regulation,market,social and technical aspects of the integration of synergy,build mechanism model illustrates the value creation process.Further based on the mechanism analysis,the questionnaire is designed by questionnaire survey and SVN analysis method used to obtain the utility evaluation score of each value flow for quantitative analysis of the model,so as to obtain the key path of value creation of prefabricated buildings.Main research conclusion: one is the prefabricated construction project is a multiple stakeholders involved in coordination and communication of complex system,cooperated-builing parties to the construction way to create value cannot visual cognitive is the root cause of prefabricated construction promotion,at the same time,the value of the conflict between the stakeholders weakened the overall project value,value together will be an important way to maximize benefits.Second,the PC-SVN model shows the importance of knowledge sharing and information transmission among various stakeholders in prefabricated building projects,which greatly affects the realization of the comprehensive benefit goal of prefabricated buildings.Third,based on the PC-SVN theoretical analysis model,it is clear that the value generation sources of prefabricated building value co-creation are four dimensions: value proposition,interactive orientation,resource reorganization and breakthrough innovation.Fourth,the key path of project decision-making and management is finally determined through the quantitative model,including the government’s incentive policies such as tax incentives and financial incentives,the construction unit building BIM technology platform,and the design unit providing reasonable design cycle and other important measures. |
