In recent years,along with the concept of "Industry 4.0"(Made in China 2025)and the rapid development of China’s electric power and related industries,electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises have also ushered in unprecedented opportunities.National and local governments have formulated a number of relevant policies to promote the development of electrical equipment manufacturing,bringing a favorable development environment for related enterprises.At the same time,the development of new technologies and the emergence of various competitors are gradually challenging the existing market pattern.GBE is a private electrical equipment manufacturing company located in Guangdong,which has been developing for more than 30 years.GBE has achieved certain achievements and status in the industry and has been successfully listed.This paper will take GBE company as the research object,and analyze the company’s development strategy comprehensively through the analysis method of strategic research,including the analysis of the current situation inside the company and the external market environment,and use it to formulate a strategic plan that is consistent with the company’s sustainable development,and put forward the corresponding guarantee measures.This paper will firstly introduce the basic background of the study and the thinking method,and combine it with the relevant strategic management theories at home and abroad to provide the theoretical basis for the strategic study of GBE Company;secondly,we will use PEST analysis,SWOT matrix and other analysis methods to make an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company,determine the future opportunities and threats of the company,as well as all the advantages and disadvantages of the company,in order to support the strategic positioning of the company and strategic After that,based on the comparison of internal and external analysis results of the company as a whole,the development strategy of flexible power transmission engineering-related products and extra-high voltage related products is selected as the most suitable feasible solution at this stage;finally,based on the actual situation of the company,it is proposed that the company is required to improve its management level,strengthen its R&D capability,improve its human resource system,enhance its information technology Finally,according to the actual situation of the company,the company is required to provide guarantee for the implementation of the company’s development strategy in terms of management level,strengthening R&D capability,improving human resource system,upgrading information technology and improving capital operation capability.
