With the development of society,people’s living standards continue to improve,people’s requirements for health are getting higher and higher,at the same time,the government has increased medical expenditure,deepened and broadened the level of medical security,reduced the medical burden of residents,and increased residents’ willingness to seek medical treatment.The rapid development of medical technology,especially surgical technology,to meet the health needs of the majority of patients is the common pursuit of medical practitioners.The medical device industry is closely related to people’s health,and with the rapid development of the orthopedic medical device industry for more than 30 years,the technical operation requirements for orthopedic foreign equipment followers are getting higher and higher.Most of the orthopedic exotic instruments are expensive,complex in structure,with a wide range of categories,a high degree of refinement,and difficult technical operations.For doctors who use a product for the first time or rarely use a product,the follower needs to use professional skills and rich experience as a carrier to transfer the specific operation and use methods and operation points of related products and their supporting devices to doctors.This thesis reviews the definition and classification of knowledge,implicit knowledge characteristics,definition of knowledge transfer,theory of influencing factors,and relevant literature and research status of orthopedic technology support industry.Relevant data were collected through interviews,and various research methods such as case analysis,literature research,interview,and observation were used.Combined with the relevant theories of influencing factors of knowledge transfer,the analysis of the problems and causes in the knowledge transfer management of company A’s technical support personnel is analyzed,and the optimization suggestions for the knowledge transfer management of company A’s technical support personnel are proposed according to the problems and causes.This thesis takes Company A as the research object,and the main research content is to analyze the problems and main reasons in the knowledge transfer management of technical support personnel: first.The insufficient willingness to transfer knowledge lies in the unreasonable salary and promotion system.second.The lack of knowledge transfer ability lies in the low selection criteria for talents,the lack of subdivision of professional technology,and the lack of matching corresponding technical support personnel for surgical difficulties.third.Professional knowledge is difficult to master,because tacit knowledge is not paid enough attention and lack of professional training.fourth.The willingness of doctors to accept is not strong,because the technical support personnel are not rich in medical knowledge and lack of understanding of doctors.Combined with the relevant theories of the influencing factors of knowledge transfer,targeted management optimization suggestions are proposed: including improving and implementing relevant systems,upgrading the selection criteria for technical talents,subdividing technical specialties,setting up databases to improve implicit coding capabilities,building knowledge exchange platforms,organizing professional training and assessment,narrowing the knowledge distance to enhance technical trust,labeling doctors’ habits,and enhancing emotional trust.Through the above studies,it is found that the relationship between Taiwan personnel,doctors,Taiwan personnel and doctors,industry tacit knowledge,and transfer environmental factors are the key influencing factors.The main influencing factors of tacit knowledge transfer are: the transfer ability and willingness of the personnel following the station;the doctor’s willingness to receive,ability to receive;the degree of trust,relationship dimension,and knowledge distance between the two parties;The implicit nature of knowledge itself and the transfer environment.so as to improve the knowledge transfer efficiency of the company’s technical support personnel,improve the company’s core competitiveness,increase the company’s profits,and achieve sustainable development.
