Hydraulic excavator is currently the widest range of applications,the largest sales of a class of construction machinery,widely used in mine excavation,disaster relief and other environments,but such machinery has the characteristics of high power and low energy efficiency.In the past few years,our country proposed the dual carbon policy,and energy conservation and consumption reduction have become an important direction to improve the energy waste of excavators.In view of the problem of energy waste in construction machinery such as excavators,energy recovery technology has gradually attracted more and more scholars attention.The accumulator can realize the storage and release of hydraulic energy,but the existing ordinary accumulator has the problem of dead volume in the discharge stage,and this paper designs an adjustable pressure constant pressure accumulator with adjustable output pressure to improve the pressure reduction problem of ordinary accumulator in the later stage of energy release,and build a potential energy recovery system for excavating motor arm based on this.(1)First,analyze the typical working conditions of the hydraulic excavator and the recoverable energy of the boom part.The excavator’s working device is analyzed and studied,and the three-dimensional model of the working device is drawn to analyze the recoverable energy.The second is the model and parameter selection of key components,determining the constraints of each component,and preliminarily determining the model and parameters of each component.(2)Establish the simulation model of traditional boom system and ordinary accumulator system,improve and design an adjustable pressure constant pressure accumulator on this basis,and build an adjustable pressure constant pressure accumulator potential energy recovery system.The influence of the initial parameters of accumulator,main pump displacement and variable load on energy recovery rate was studied.The control strategy design of the working mode of the boom system,when the boom is in the falling condition,the system determines whether the boom is in the potential energy recovery stage or the ordinary decline stage according to the energy storage value of the accumulator;When the boom is raised again,the accumulator can work with the main pump to supply energy to the hydraulic cylinder and reduce the energy consumption of the system.The results show that the adjustable pressure constant pressure accumulator can achieve 71.6% energy reuse,which is better than the ordinary accumulator by 61.2%.(3)Build a prototype test bench of ordinary accumulator-type potential energy recovery system to test the rationality of the design of the main pump,hydraulic cylinder,accumulator and other components,and evaluate the energy-saving effect and control performance of the system.The potential energy recovery system of excavation motor arm based on adjustable pressure constant pressure accumulator proposed in this paper provides a new solution for the optimization of energy consumption of construction machinery system.
