| The position of civil aviation transportation industry in the comprehensive transportation system is increasingly strengthened,and the construction of landside transportation integration center is an important means to reasonably allocate airport transportation resources in the future as the window of the city to the outside world.However,there is still a lack of measurement methods for the development level of airport landside transportation system integration in airport transportation research.Therefore,this study proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for airport landside traffic integration,which aims to provide airport decision makers with an evaluation tool to assess the current status of airport landside traffic integration development in the pre-planning scheme or operation stage,to identify the weak points in the development process of airport landside traffic integration,and to provide a basis for subsequent decisions on the rational allocation of landside traffic setup resources.This study mainly describes how to construct this comprehensive evaluation framework and conducts an application study using Nanning Wuxu Airport as an example to show in detail how to use the proposed comprehensive evaluation method.Among them,this study is carried out in four main parts as follows:(1)Enrichment of the theoretical system of airport landside traffic integration.Firstly,the definition of airport landside transportation system is elaborated,and the influencing factors and future development directions affecting the development process of airport landside transportation integration are analyzed.Then,through the introduction of the layout model of airport landside transportation integration center,the problems existing in the development process of current airport landside transportation are summarized.Based on the problems,the concept of airport landside traffic integration is proposed,and the characteristics and contents of traffic integration are introduced.(2)Construction of the evaluation index system of the development level of airport landside transportation integration.According to the concept of airport land-side traffic integration,the steps of the evaluation index system were firstly explained,and the objectives of the evaluation,the principles of the index system and the framework of the evaluation index system were introduced accordingly.Based on the evaluation objectives and the theory of traffic integration,a tower evaluation index framework with three standard layers of "traffic operation coordination","traffic facility resources" and "traffic service management" is constructed.The evaluation index framework is based on the evaluation objectives and transportation integration theory.The 11 evaluation indexes are determined by the literature research method and Delphi method,and the quantitative formula and ranking criteria of each index are explained one by one.(3)Construction of evaluation model for evaluating the development level of integrated airport landside transportation.According to the objective of this evaluation,the evaluation method used in this study was determined to be a combination of hierarchical analysis and linear weighted evaluation method through a review of common comprehensive evaluation methods.Based on the combined evaluation method,an evaluation model for the development level of integrated airport landside transportation was constructed.Based on this evaluation model,the construction of the evaluation index system,the weighting method of the evaluation index and the grading criteria of the comprehensive evaluation value are elaborated in turn,and the evaluation model process is determined.The accuracy of the evaluation model is also verified and analyzed.(4)Practical application analysis of the actual operating airport of Nanning Wuxu Airport is selected as a case study.Based on the proposed method for evaluating the development level of integrated airport landside traffic,Nanning Airport is used as an example to show in detail how to apply the comprehensive evaluation method of this study for measurement research.By analyzing the current situation of landside traffic operation of the target airport,the problems of this airport traffic system are identified.It also quantifies and calculates them based on the evaluation index system proposed above,and analyzes the evaluation results in combination with the evaluation level,so as to clarify the level of development of integrated landside transportation at the target airport.Based on this evaluation case study,this study also proposes a series of strategies and measures for the optimization of airport landside traffic integration to ensure the future airport traffic development strategy for other airports to learn from when conducting evaluations.The results of this study show that the method of airport landside traffic integration evaluation proposed in this study improves the theoretical system of airport evaluation and can assist airport decision makers in providing decision tools for the rational allocation of traffic resources.This method has a strong applicability and practical guidance significance. |
