| In recent years, the Party and the state have increasingly attached importance to the protection and inheritance of urban historical and cultural heritage, and have put forward requirements for the protection and inheritance of historical and cultural heritage in the new era. However, traditional heritage protection often adopts separate and frozen protection methods, separating and opposing historical and cultural areas from the overall city in terms of protection objects. In terms of protection methods, static and rescue protection are mainly used, resulting in urban spatial fragmentation and difficulty in coordinating historical and cultural protection with urban construction and development. In this context, historical urban landscapes provide a more comprehensive and holistic approach to the preservation and inheritance of urban historical and cultural heritage, treating the city as a dynamic and complete complex layered system, inspiring researchers to coordinate the relationship between historical and cultural preservation and inheritance and urban development from a broader perspective, and providing a new way of thinking that integrates the development of the two. This article is guided by the theory of historical urban landscape, with Houma as the research object.Based on an overview of urban development, sorting out the historical context of the city, and conducting research on the Jindu Xintian Site,it summarizes the current situation of urban development.Based on the layered nature of urban space-time integration, the layered deconstruction of urban spatial pattern is carried out from the diachronic perspective, and the urban spatial pattern zoning is analyzed from the Synchronicity perspective. On this basis, the comprehensive evaluation of urban protection and construction is carried out,and the optimization strategy of Houma urban spatial pattern is explored.Firstly,a systematic study is conducted on the four stages of the historical evolution of the construction and development of Houma city after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, revealing the layered structure and mechanism of Houma city’s historical landscape, exploring the process of urban spatial layering under the "anchoring layering" effect of the time dimension, and constructing a baseline map of the entire historical landscape with time attributes;Secondly, analyze the characteristic elements of Houma related urban historical landscapes, construct an information layer of urban historical landscapes, use kernel density tools to conduct density analysis of individual layers, use reclassification and weighted sum tools to identify the core of historical landscape units through multi layer stacking, and use fuzzy logic modeling tools to explore the boundary delineation of historical landscape units;Thirdly, analyze the relationship between sites and cities in the spatial and temporal dimensions, comprehensively consider the priority of site protection and the suitability of urban construction and development, establish evaluation systems for the two influencing factors, and determine the functional orientation level of land use under the influence of a single factor.Superimpose analysis to distinguish the conflict and compatibility areas of urban land use under the game between the two, laying the foundation for optimizing the urban spatial pattern; Finally, based on the core results of the above research, echoing the main issues of urban development, under the guidance of the principles of overall coordination,space-time integration, and dynamic sustainability, targeted optimization paths such as bottom line management and control of site protection association, spatial guidance of landscape unit classification, and construction of protection and development coordination spatial pattern are proposed. This article comprehensively reveals the layered structure and evolution mechanism of Houma’s spatial development using the methods of multiple literature review and onsite spatial mutual verification, and establishes a cognitive model of urban spatial layered structure in the time dimension;By integrating qualitative analysis with quantitative research methods such as information superposition and fuzzy logic modeling, the Houma historical landscape unit zoning has been scientifically delineated, and the method of urban diachronic landscape unit zoning under spatial dimensions has been explored, providing new ideas for the overlay analysis of complex attributes of multiple elements;Based on the results of spatiotemporal research,a preliminary optimization path for urban spatial pattern from the HUL perspective has been constructed, and certain innovative achievements have been achieved. |
