Research On The Protection And Renewal Design Of Historical And Cultural Blocks In Jia County Under The Perspective Of Urban Historical Landscape

The Jia county of Henan Province began to emerge during the Qin Dynasty.It has a long history and rich cultural heritage.Due to its unique geographical location,during the Ming and Qing dynasties,as the main passage and station of Wanli Tea Road,Jia County was also the only way for tea merchants in Shanxi,Shaanxi and Fujian provinces to travel.Special natural,historical,economic and cultural reasons have created a unique historical style of Jia County.With the change of the times and the migration of economic centers of gravity,today’s Jia County is no longer prosperous in the past,and the Temple of Literature and the Shanshan Guild Hall are state-level cultural relics protection units in the county.The traditional houses and historical streets of Jia County have sealed the history and culture of Jia County,and how to reuse the material space under the premise of protecting the original historical elements,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the living environment and activating the development,has become the main research object of this paper.Based on these questions,this article is roughly divided into five aspects.First of all,we will sort out the experience of relevant theoretical and practical achievements at home and abroad,and deeply interpret the connotation of the protection and reuse of historical districts.Second,an in-depth investigation of the history and current situation of the historical district of Jia County is carried out,and the morphology and current status characteristics of the block are analyzed.Through literature and field research,it is summarized that the current situation of the historical district in Jia County has the actual dilemma of historical culture but poor historical style,and the characteristics of protection and reuse.Third,because the theory of Historic Urban Landscape can solve the core problems of the protection of historical elements of the neighborhood and the improvement of the quality of life of residents,through the perspective of the urban historical landscape,the stratigraphy of historical elements is used as the lead,and the historical elements and core connotations of Jia county are deeply excavated from the three aspects of integrity,lamination and activity.The overall identification of the historical district of Jia County is carried out from the perspective of urban historical landscape,and the characteristics and value of the historical landscape of Jia County are summarized.Fourth,through quantitative analysis,the development potential of the historic district in Jia County is determined,and the planning of the design strategy is guided.According to the data results,the design strategy of the historic district of Jia County was formulated,and micro-renewal was selected as the specific renewal method of the block.Fifth,carry out the protection and renewal design practice of the historical and cultural blocks of Jia County.With the goal of protection and renewal and micro-renewal as the operation method,we explore the protection and renewal methods of the historical landscape,regional style,environmental nodes and cultural elements of the historical and cultural blocks of Jia County.This paper explores the feasible methods for the protection and renewal of the historical and cultural blocks in Jia County from the perspective of urban historical landscape,and provides reference experience for other historical districts similar to the current situation in Jia County in the future.
