| As the boost progression of science and technology,the reason that causes aircraft unsafe incidents has changed from design defects,poor technology and other reasons to organization management and human factors.Aircraft and its components maintenance engineer play critical part of civil aviation industry,the competence of maintenance engineer directly affects the airworthy of the aircraft,therefore,this paper mainly studies the competency of aircraft avionic component maintenance engineer.In the theoretical research stage,it mainly does the research on application of competency,and conducts a practical study on the competency of engineer.The shortage existing in the competence of maintenance staff,and the problems are analyzed,including insufficient knowledge and insufficient skills,insufficient soft power and insufficient self-characteristics,and other relevant persons to carry out a questionnaire survey,combined with the effective training management situation of AF company and the training system to analyze the reasons for the lack of competence of avionic component maintenance staff.The mainly reasons are that lack of uniform standard in the implementation phase and the less effective training evaluation process,etc.Therefore,based on the finding and root cause analysis results of the incompetence of the engineer of AF company,the training system of AF company is optimized,take action to ensure the implementation of optimized training system.Through application research,the training system of maintenance engineer is re-constructed based on the iceberg model of competency which will effectively improve the competency of aircraft component maintenance staff.However,due to the limited depth and width of research,more effective programs of personnel competency program are waiting to be developed.Hopefully there will be more practical research to empower maintenance personnel and promote the high-quality of civil aviation. |
