The assembled building refers to the building formed by assembling the components after they are produced in the component factory and transported to the construction site,and then assembled by means of on-site lifting,joining and casting.Compared with traditional construction projects,assembled construction projects involve more participating subjects,while the construction process is more complex,which makes the supply chain of assembled construction reveal problems such as higher cost,low synergy and poor information communication,which restrict the improvement of supply chain performance level.Based on the reference model of supply chain operation,this study combined the existing research base with the characteristics of assembly building projects,analyzed seven dimensions from the design stage,procurement stage,production stage,transportation stage,construction and assembly stage,information stage,and owner satisfaction stage,and completed the preliminary construction of the performance evaluation index system;meanwhile,combined with the questionnaire method,completed the initial screening of indexes,used SPSS statistical The data processing was carried out by SPSS software,and the performance evaluation index system of the assembly building supply chain was constructed.Secondly,the calculation of index weights was completed by combining hierarchical analysis and entropy method,and evaluation was carried out by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The empirical analysis of the YD assembly building project demonstrates that the supply chain performance level of the project involved in this study is at the "good" level.Finally,this paper proposes supply chain performance optimization strategies from both internal and external aspects of the assembly building supply chain.Based on the reference model of supply chain operation,this study completes the design and improvement of the performance evaluation system from multiple perspectives,and improves the effectiveness of the performance evaluation system.The construction of a scientific and feasible assembly building supply chain performance evaluation system as well as the proposed targeted supply chain performance improvement strategies are of positive significance to the improvement of China’s assembly building supply chain performance level.
