Rutting disease is one of the common typical diseases of asphalt bridge deck pavement structure.It needs to invest a lot of money to repair the rutting of bridge deck pavement every year.At present,the domestic research on rutting mainly focuses on ordinary asphalt pavement.Therefore,it is of great scientific and engineering significance to study the mechanism and influencing factors of rutting disease of bridge deck pavement.Firstly,based on the previous research on the constitutive model of asphalt mixture,a modified time hardening model suitable for rubber modified asphalt bridge deck pavement material is proposed.The elastic parameters and creep parameters of bridge deck pavement material are obtained by uniaxial compression test and indoor rutting test.The test process of single layer and composite rutting plate is simulated,and the test results are compared to verify the correctness of the constitutive model parameters.Starting from the indoor rut dynamic response test,the data acquisition of the dynamic strain between the upper layer and the lower layer is carried out,and the subroutine is compiled for simulation analysis.It is feasible to compare and verify the finite element simulation to monitor the internal strain response of the rut plate.Based on the indoor test,combined with a highway bridge project,a threedimensional finite element model of the bridge structure is established,and the moving load subroutine is applied.The simulation results are compared with the deflection and modal data obtained from the field test,and the damping parameters are obtained.The correctness of the model is calibrated.According to the representative temperature of one day from April to October in the project area,combined with the temperature field theory and material thermal attribute parameters,the boundary conditions are reasonably set,and the temperature field changes in different months are studied,which provides the variable temperature field results for the subsequent rutting deformation analysis of bridge deck pavement.By changing the thermal property parameters of each surface layer material of bridge deck pavement,the influence law of temperature field is studied,and the ways and measures to improve the temperature field of bridge deck pavement are further proposed.By analyzing the mechanical response and permanent deformation of bridge deck pavement under traffic load,the most unfavorable position of longitudinal and transverse load is found out.Combined with the above temperature field analysis results,the permanent deformation of pavement layer in different months is simulated and calculated,and the rutting deformation simulation analysis under multiple working conditions is carried out.The development law of rutting deformation of bridge deck pavement is analyzed from the energy point of view,which provides a reliable engineering reference for solving the problem of rutting deformation of bridge deck pavement.Finally,based on the established bridge deck pavement model,porous media and three-dimensional Biot consolidation theory are used to select suitable load types and boundary conditions.In the two states of anhydrous and saturated water,the effects of different speeds and axle loads on the internal pore water pressure and rutting deformation of bridge deck pavement are compared and studied.According to the simulation results,it can effectively provide reference for preventing water damage of bridge deck pavement.
