| Currently,more and more large cities are experiencing frequent traffic congestion,and rail transit can largely alleviate this phenomenon.However,in recent years,congestion has also frequently occurred in rail transit.As a bottleneck in subway stations,a large number of passengers often queue up in this area.To alleviate this phenomenon and further improve the passenger transportation efficiency of subway stations,it is necessary to study the traffic capacity of automatic ticket machine in subway stations.Through on-site observation and research at actual stations,conduct in-depth research on the main behavioral and attribute characteristics of passengers that affect the capacity of automatic ticket machine.Provide a detailed explanation of the calculation method for the reduction coefficient of automatic ticket machine capacity based on passenger queuing behavior and selection behavior;Using the Z-test method in statistics,it is demonstrated that passenger attribute features,including age,carrying luggage,and the way through the automatic ticket machine,have a significant impact on the capacity of the automatic ticket machine.These features are combined to obtain twelve types of passengers.On this basis,a calculation method for the capacity of subway station automatic ticket machine is proposed,taking into account the behavioral and attribute characteristics of passengers at the automatic ticket machine.Conduct on-site research on typical subway stations in Xi’an.Using the proposed method,calculate the automatic ticket machine capacity of the surveyed station.Using actual station survey data and Anylogic software simulation results,the errors between the actual capacity of the automatic ticket machine and the results calculated using the proposed method,as well as the errors between the actual capacity of the automatic ticket machine and the results calculated using the basic method,were obtained.The results indicate that the error of the proposed method for calculating the capacity of the automatic ticket machine considering passenger characteristics is smaller than that obtained using the basic calculation method.The proposed method for calculating the capacity of automatic ticket machine considering passenger characteristics can be used to more accurately calculate the capacity of automatic ticket machine in actual stations,further providing assistance in solving problems such as station automatic ticket machine configuration,facility equipment planning and design,station operation,passenger flow organization,and emergency evacuation. |
