| Traditional settlements are a dual witness of both material and spiritual aspects of traditional Chinese culture,and their value protection work is also an important part of rural revitalization work.A scientific and accurate evaluation system is the fundamental guarantee for the protection of historical values of traditional settlements.This article is based on national regulations and previous research on the protection and evaluation of traditional settlement values,excavates the historical context of traditional settlements,clarifies the constituent elements of traditional settlements,combines the current situation of traditional settlement protection,deeply explores the constituent factors of traditional settlement values,and establishes a multilevel quantitative settlement value evaluation system.Based on this,corresponding settlement value protection strategies will be developed with the public as the lead,and the sustainability optimization path of the value evaluation system will be explored based on public participation.This article provides a basic discussion on the evaluation methods and trends of settlement value based on the research history of settlement protection both domestically and internationally;By analyzing relevant concepts,clarify the research scope and methods of traditional settlement value protection evaluation;Based on the characteristics and current situation of value protection in the Jingxing region,combined with a preliminary survey of Dangquan Village,this thesis chooses Dangquan Village as an example to discuss the settlement value protection system;Analyze the current situation of historical value protection in Dangquan Village,combine historical documents with the implemented protection system,and use the Delphi method method to pre select evaluation indicators.Then,using network analysis method,the final evaluation indicators were selected through pairwise comparison,and a traditional settlement value protection evaluation system was constructed;Design a traditional settlement value protection information table using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and collect data for traditional settlement value evaluation.Based on the evaluation system,analyze the relevant data of Dangquan Village’s value protection evaluation,identify its characteristics and existing problems,and compare and analyze the results to evaluate the current status of Dangquan Village’s value protection;Based on the evaluation process and results,formulate corresponding value protection strategies for Dangquan Village according to local conditions;Optimize the traditional settlement value protection system based on public participation,collect residents’ opinions and social feedback in real time,strengthen the decision-making process of the masses in settlement value protection,and automatically update the evaluation system based on the collected data and the current situation of the settlement.By using network analysis method to compare the research objects in pairs,selecting evaluation indicators reasonably,establishing a value evaluation system,and combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,conducting research on the participating groups of Dangquan Village,reducing personal influence in the evaluation of settlement value protection,and effectively evaluating the value of Dangquan Village’s settlement.Compare and analyze the evaluation results,and develop corresponding strategies for protecting the value of settlements.And optimize the evaluation system by utilizing a geographic information platform with public participation,strengthen residents’ participation,and build a self updating traditional settlement value protection evaluation system.Provide reference and reference for the evaluation and protection research of traditional settlements in Jingxing and even the whole country. |
