Research On Traditional Village Protection Development Planning Based On The Public Participation

Traditional village is our country farming civilization "living fossil" and "the gene pool,contains rich historical and cultural information and natural ecological landscape resources,has the very high protection value.However,in recent years,with the quickening of urbanization and other social economic factors,the protection of the traditional village development in our country by the multiple challenges and impact,populations,historical heritage is damaged,the traditional culture inheritance problem such as weak,village characteristic loss.These phenomena can lead to the changes in the social structure,thus aroused people's values,the production and lifestyle change,causing a series of social problems.This article is based on the authors from 2015 to 2016 in Chongqing traditional village of field survey and participate in Dazu county of Chongqing area Yufeng village development plan based on the practice of traditional village protection,from the understanding of the importance of protecting our traditional villages and traditional village public participation in planning by analyzing the background,through the theory of public participation in protecting traditional villages and successful planning and practical case studies both at home and abroad,learned can be used to guide the Yufeng village valuable experience in traditional village protection development planning.Combining with field interviews to obtain information,in the current situation of the development of Yufeng village,village to protect traditional public participation in the analysis of existing problems,combining with the author of the traditional village protection development path choice of a basic understanding of research,should be clear of the villagers,local government and planners in the role position in the planning process,work by building a concrete framework,the author based on the practical value of research,from the Angle of view of the planning staff,determine the main content of the protection in different stages of the development plan,the main way to participate in villagers,etc.,and on this basis to carry out the Yufeng village protection development planning and public participation in the practice.Through practice,you can see that public participation to protect traditional village development plan as a whole and is particularly important,but because of restricted by factors such as regional development and the level of education,some villagers to participate in planning the consciousness and ability are relatively weak,the actual demand and the objective requirement of the protection of traditional villages still exist certain differences between.Which requires the relevant government departments to ensure to establish relevant system to ensure that villagers to participate in the planning,publicity and training work at the same time,in order to improve the consciousness and ability of villagers to participate in planning,also asked that the planner of the transformation of the mode of work,in view of the multidisciplinary treatment series of problems in traditional village protection development planning.This paper will be introduced to the concept of public participation in the traditional Yufeng village,village protection development planning practice,discourse analysis,in order to obtain some beneficial to local protection development planning work of beneficial results.
