The Analysis On The Ancient Huizhou Traditional Settlements Of Classification Protection Development Based On Multi-dimensional Value Evaluation

Traditional settlement is a precious cultural wealth left over from history,which is a complex integration composed of multiple value elements.The traditional settlement of ancient Huizhou is one of the most intact traditional settlements in China,and there are many kinds of traditional settlement resources in the region,which have extremely high protection value.Along with the advancement of the protection and development of traditional settlement boom,most of the rich historical and cultural resources of traditional settlement has been effectively protected and developed,but facing the problem that with characteristics of a large amount of traditional settlements and containing special wide,homogenized protection of types and model and fuzzy value judgment standard.How to protect a large number of traditional settlement、realize the classification of traditional settlements and put forward the corresponding protection strategy efficiently and scientificly is the problem to be solved.The research summarizes the general features and the value of the ancient Huizhou traditional settlement through a large number of relevant literature and field research,which is based on the theory of "consumer value",the ancient Huizhou traditional settlement for multidimensional value cognition,architectural heritage value,the value of folk culture,living environment,traditional mode of production continued value index system framework to build four dimensions.Using the visualization of classical literature,field investigation,Delphi and AHP four method to construct multidimensional value evaluation index system of the ancient Huizhou traditional settlement,and selecting 10 representative and be with clear value direction for protection and development to verify the index system of traditional settlements.Verification results show that,this paper build the multidimensional value of evaluation index system with certain regional suitability,the maneuverability is strong,and 93 within the geographical area on the basis of traditional settlements on multidimensional value evaluation.The multidimensional value evaluation results show that through the multi-dimensional value evaluation can clearly see which the settlements in different dimensions demonstrate the value of high and low,select one settlement of outstanding value,and highlight the value dimension of traditional settlements as the basis of classification.In this paper,through the value evaluation result analysis,finally the ancient Huizhou traditional settlement is divided into simple groups,comprehensive settlement of 2 broad categories,7 small classes.Also put forward the development strategy of differential protection of 5 typical cases in view of the different types of traditional settlements.To protect a large number of highly targeted protective and developable traditional settlements with maximum possible.
