Research On Urban Public Facilities Design From The Perspective Of All-for-One Tourism

All-for-one tourism is a new tourism model which is intended to promote the development of a city’s main urban area by upgrading its overall environment to develop the whole area into a tourist attraction.From the perspective of all-for-one tourism,this paper,taking public facilities in the main urban area of Ezhou as a design example,attempts to design and transform the public facilities to achieve the purpose of upgrading the overall environment of the main urban area,in an effort to realize the goal of all-for-one tourism in Ezhou,thus improving the experience and satisfaction of local people and tourists in using public facilities in Ezhou.Firstly,the author presents an overview of the research background of this study.By analyzing the current research status of all-for-one tourism in and out of China,four major problems existing in public facilities,namely monotonous design forms,incoherent overall style,lack of regional cultural characteristics,and unreasonable overall planning,the purpose and significance of this study are introduced.Secondly,starting from specific conceptual research,the author interprets the conceptual framework of all-for-one tourism and public facilities and analyzes the characteristics of urban public facilities from the perspective of all-for-one tourism and the relationship between all-for-one tourism and public facilities in the main urban area.Thirdly,the cultural-geographic background of the main urban area of Ezhou is analyzed.The author summarizes the specific problems existing with public facilities in the main urban area of Ezhou through field investigation,interviews and questionnaire surveys for various groups of people;the feasibility of the specific implementation scheme for the design and transformation of public facilities is summarized,and its development trend is analyzed.Finally,the author analyzes the principles for the design practice of designing and transforming public facilities and describes the design methods used in it.Based on the scope of designing and transforming public facilities in the main urban area of Ezhou,the specific design direction,as well as specific design elements and methods for public facilities are expounded.In this study,an attempt was made to design and transform some existing public facilities in Ezhou to make them more integrated in appearance and more in line with the local cultural characteristics of Ezhou,which promoted the city image of Ezhou and would contribute to its multi-faceted development.Finally,this study achieved the purpose of the overall transformation of the design of public facilities in Ezhou,which is expected to provide a reference for the development of other similar cities.
