Non-circular gears can retain the advantages of compact transmission structure,accurate transmission than accurate,and high transmission efficiency,while reserving the transmission demand of transmission than the transmission demand.It is becoming wider and wider in industrial applications.There are many difficulties in manufacturing.Therefore,the parameterization of non-circular gears is carried out to ensure that its design efficiency is very necessary to improve its design accuracy.This dissertation takes the mechanism of non-circular gear tooth profile as the research object,breaking the limitations of the traditional non-circular gear tooth profile parameterization modeling method,propose a new method of allergic parameter modeling method of tooth Design and application scope to ensure design accuracy while improving the efficiency of non-circular gear design.The specific research content is as follows:First of all,based on the rack packaging method,the math model method of unilateral tooth containers is proposed.This method can reduce the amount of calculation data and expand the application range to the inner concave-type non-circular gear tooth profile design,which solves the traditional tradition.The elasticity method of the shift of the rack and the dental felmine line modeling method is limited in this aspect.Secondly,according to the MATLAB platform,visual software development is performed on the basis of the establishment of mathematical models.The software can also generate non-circular gear-pair tooth profile curve at the same time,combined with data output,and combined with Solid Works secondary development to generate non-circular gear pairs directly generate non-circular gear pairs Three-dimensional models,this software has the advantages of efficient,intuitive,accurate and controllable.Furthermore,in order to verify the correctness of the parameter modeling,the Recurdyn has established a various types of non-circular gears to establish a sports simulation model for software generated by software.Finally,by building an experimental platform for non-circular gear pairs,different order non-circular gear pairs were tested,and the elliptical gear was successfully applied to the closure mechanism of a large enterprise’s packing machine.The correctness of the modeling theory and visual program design of the single tooth profile envelope method was verified,ensuring the reliability of the equipment while reducing equipment costs.The tooth profile envelope modeling method proposed in the dissertation and its application research have important theoretical significance and engineering application value.
