Research On The Protection And Reuse Strategy Of Film Industry Heritage Under The Background Of Urban Renewal

Nowadays,the urban renewal in our country is transforming from "incremental renewal" to "stock renewal","micro-renewal" and "micro-transformation" have become one of the mainstream methods of urban renewal.In this context,protecting and recycling industrial heritage in the city has become a new path of urban renewal.Industrial heritage is an important part of human cultural heritage,carrying the historical memory and cultural accumulation of the city,reasonable protection and reuse of industrial heritage can greatly promote the optimization of urban space.Film industry heritage,as an important and special industrial heritage,has a high cultural and economic value.This paper takes film industry heritage as the research object and summarizes the cultural and spatial characteristics of film industry heritage through investigation and analysis of domestic cases.Based on the theory of heritage reuse and sustainable development,this paper puts forward the protection and reuse strategy of film industry heritage under the background of urban renewal.The main research contents include the following:First of all,starting from the relevant theories of industrial heritage protection and reuse,this paper summarizes the common transformation modes of industrial heritage in urban renewal through the study of representative industrial heritage transformation cases at home and abroad.Based on the investigation of domestic film industry heritage,the paper analyzes the current situation and summarizes the spatial characteristics of film industry heritage.Secondly,the interactive relationship between the protection and reuse of the film industry heritage is discussed,and the protection and reuse of the industrial heritage is raised to the city level,to explore the value contained in the industrial heritage and the connection point with urban renewal from a more macro perspective.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the spatial characteristics of film industry heritage,the paper puts forward the protection and reuse strategies of film industry heritage under the background of urban renewal from the perspectives of city,factory and single building.And take Xi ’an Film Studio as an example to confirm the strategy.It is hoped to provide method guidance for the protection and reuse of film industry heritage and improve the design level of urban renewal.
