Study On Rural Settlement Of Russia Layout Optimization Based On “Sansheng” Functional Evaluation

With the rapid economic growth and the implementation of rural revitalization,the urgent need to improve the rural land distribution optimization.As an important production and living area of rural land,rural settlement of Russia Rural Settlement of Russia can promote the development of industry,improve infrastructure and increase residents’ income through rational layout and planning.Therefore,in order to achieve the overall revitalization of the countryside,the “Sansheng” function evaluation is based on the reorganization and optimization of the Rural Settlement of Russia,and is linked with the ongoing village planning,then improve the rural production,living and ecological environment.This paper selects Shanyang County as the study area,and analyzes the scale structure,spatial distribution and landscape characteristics of rural settlement of Russia land in this area Based on the concept of “Sansheng function” and the idea of “Zoning before optimization”,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of “Sansheng” function to evaluate the leading functions of 244 villages in Shanyang County,to identify the types of villages and select six representative villages as sample villages: Donggoukou Village,Gaojiagou Village,Anjiamen village,Xiping Village,Shifosi village and Liangling village,identify Rural Settlement of Russia optimization types and propose appropriate optimization strategies.The contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the scale and structure,spatial distribution and landscape characteristics of rural settlements in Shanyang County,and find out the existing problems of rural residential land.The rural settlements in Shanyang County mainly have the following problems: high per capita land use and extensive land use;Poor living environment and low convenience of life;The distribution is not standardized and lacks overall planning.The per capita rural residential area of each township office in Shanyang County is far larger than the specified area.The rural residential area of each township is mainly small rural residential area.The problem of extensive land use is prominent and urgent to be solved.There are some rural settlements whose basic service facilities are not covered,far away from roads,medical facilities,schools and water areas,and poor living conditions.Lack of overall planning,the number of large rural residents is small,and the difference between the maximum patch area and the minimum patch area is very large.(2)From the perspective of “Sansheng” function,by constructing the evaluation index system,adopting the methods of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation,Standard Display Superiority Index,cluster analysis,etc.,the 244 villages in Shanyang County are divided into six village types.Results the main types of productive and ecological villages in Shanyang County were Xiaohekou town,Sehepu town,Banyan Town,Yangdi town,Yanping town and Xizhaochuan town in Shanyang County The Living Villages are mainly located near the county centers and towns,while the eco-villages are mainly located near the nature reserves in central and northeastern Shanyang County The production-life type villages are located near the life type villages and the production type villages,while the production-ecological type villages are located near the county ecological protection areas,and have both production and ecological functions Living eco-villages are relatively close to cities and towns,and in the vicinity of ecological protection areas,high ecological carrying function and convenient living conditions.(3)By dividing the leading functional areas of the village,taking productive village-donggoukou village,living village-gaojiagou village,eco-village-anjiamen village,productive-living village-xiping village,productive-eco-village-shifosi village,living-eco-village-liangling village as sample villages,according to the results,the rural settlement of Russia can be divided into four types: demolition and relocation type,facility optimization type,agglomeration and upgrading type and suburban integration type.The results were classified as follows: 60 rural settlement of Russia relocation and combination type,87 facilities optimization type and 68 gathering and upgrading type.Area outside a city gate street and evacuation,28 of facilities optimization and 127 of gathering and lifting.In shifosi village of Xizhao Chuan Town,146 rural settlement of Russia were demolished,44 facilities were optimized,and 34 were concentrated and upgraded.There are 20 rural settlement of Russia in Liangling village,29 in facility optimization and 52 in gathering and upgrading.
