| In recent years,under the guidance of the military-civilian integration strategy,private enterprises in our country have increasingly invested in the military field.However,the project risk consciousness of private enterprises is generally weak,and the risk management experience is insufficient.Private enterprises are more likely to suffer project failure if they do not prevent,discover and dispose all kinds of risks in operation in time.Therefore,private military enterprises are in urgent need of a set of risk management system based on their own characteristics to avoid all kinds of problems that may be encountered in the operation.In this thesis,the military-civilian integration as the research background,the earth survey equipment research and development project of XJ Company as the research object,based on the project risk management theory.Through related research on the risk management problems of the geodetic equipment R&D project of XJ Company,the risk response measures suitable for the geodetic equipment R&D project of XJ Company are obtained,aiming at improving the whole process of the risk management of the geodetic equipment R&D project of XJ Company,and trying to provide useful reference and relevant supplement for the risk management of XJ Company and other private military enterprises.In this thesis,expert investigation method,semi-quantitative chromatography method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used.Through the in-depth investigation of the senior engineers and other experts involved in XJ Company’s geodetic equipment research and development project,the main risk sources of XJ Company’s geodetic equipment research and development project are found out.Through analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the weight coefficient of risk factors existing in the research and development project of geodetic equipment of XJ Company is calculated,and the final risk factor data is obtained.According to the theoretical data obtained and combined with the risk response target and risk system of the geodetic equipment research and development project of XJ Company,the corresponding risk response measures are proposed.Based on the risk response objectives of the geodetic equipment research and development project of XJ Company,this paper proposes the following risk response measures:First,optimize the project organizational structure according to the risk of the project organizational structure;Secondly,in view of technical risks,training and optimization of project personnel such as the leadership and management of project research and development and the chief designer of the project;Third,in view of material management risks,through the development of efficient material purchase plan and other material support measures to reduce the problem of improper material management;Fourth,in view of personnel management risk,introduce more comprehensive talents,improve the enthusiasm of project personnel and strengthen the training of technical talents. |
