In the process of highway tunnel construction,the construction of tunnel lighting system is a key factor to ensure the safe operation of the tunnel system.Realizing the intelligent control and intelligent management of the tunnel lighting system is the only way to build a modern tunnel and an important means to realize the rational utilization of energy under safe driving conditions.Based on the characteristics of CAN bus multi-control node flexible networking,this paper deeply analyzes the black hole and white hole effects generated by the driver’s vision system when entering and exiting the tunnel,and studies the influence of the lighting layout inside the tunnel and the color temperature of the LED light source on the visual effect.According to the actual vehicle flow and speed in the tunnel,the lighting system of the entrance section,transition section,middle section and exit section of the tunnel is reasonably planned,and the brightness of each section is fuzzy and intelligently adjusted to realize an intelligent tunnel dimming system that integrates environmental factors.The main research contents include:(1)According to the light adaptation characteristics of the driver’s vision system when entering and exiting the tunnel,and the influence of the lighting layout inside the tunnel on the visual effect of the human eye,the influence of the color temperature selection of the LED light source on the tunnel lighting under the intermediate vision condition is analyzed.Segmentation processing is carried out on the internal lighting of the tunnel,and quantitative analysis is made on the light intensity distribution threshold between each segment inside the tunnel to construct a rationalized lighting system architecture to meet the basic driving safety requirements for the visual system to obtain real-time images.Theoretically ensure the rationality of tunnel lighting system design,and lay a theoretical foundation for rational planning of segmental brightness based on vehicle flow and speed,tunnel length and other factors.(2)Based on the CAN bus,the multi-control node data transmission network is realized,and an intelligent communication method is provided for the real-time control of the lighting system.Starting from the real-time and accuracy of vehicle detection,combined with the advantages of CAN bus that can transmit data at high speed and long distances and flexible networking,and integrating the results of high-precision video target detection,real-time and accurate detection of vehicles in tunnels and safe transmission of video data can be realized,solving traditional problems The dimming system has a high latency problem caused by vehicle detection.The video detection results are calibrated with the ground sensing coil and infrared sensor measurement results to improve the accuracy of system target detection and realize efficient and real-time dimming control based on CAN bus.(3)A multi-source real-time adaptive intelligent tunnel dimming system integrating traffic volume and environmental information is realized.In order to improve the deficiency that the traditional tunnel lighting system cannot be adaptively adjusted according to the traffic flow,this paper studies the introduction of factors such as traffic flow and ambient light at the entrance and exit of the tunnel,and designs a multi-source dimming network control node;designs a network for traffic flow monitoring in the entire tunnel The nodes are used for coordination and arbitration;the core algorithm of each control node uses an adaptive fuzzy control algorithm to drive the lighting controller,thereby realizing real-time adaptive tunnel intelligent dimming.(4)The experimental part is based on theoretical analysis,using software simulation to iteratively learn the optimal parameter combination,and verifying the function of the multi-source adaptive intelligent tunnel dimming system designed in this paper in the laboratory prototype tunnel system,and quantitatively analyzing the performance of the designed system in ensuring vehicle safety On the basis of passing through the tunnel,reduce the index of electric energy consumption.The experimental results show that the system designed in this paper can achieve the basic traffic targets of "car lights on,car lights strong,car lights off,car lights weak",achieve real-time intelligent dimming optimization effect,and effectively reduce the power consumption of 16%.
