In the process of utilizing the traditional highway tunnel monitoring and measurement data,the staff usually import the collected data into Excel,Origin,and other software for analysis in offline mode and display the results in charts and graphs,which have defects such as low efficiency in obtaining results and poor real-time interaction.To improve the analysis efficiency and intelligent management level of tunnel structure state information,it is an urgent technical problem to integrate data information encoding and visualization in the tunnel monitoring and measurement process and then form a complete tunnel structure state visualization system in the tunnel construction and maintenance process.This paper studied the tunnel structure state visualization technology based on BIM to address the abovementioned issues.It further establishes the structure state visualization system as a technical verification.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Referring to the existing research on tunnel stability determination,a classification method of structural state based on tunnel structural state coefficient is proposed,and a visualization mapping scheme and associated BIM method for structural state data are designed;The variation rules of stress and temperature data were compared and analyzed.LSTM was used to build a multi-variable prediction model to predict the stress response of tunnel structure under the influence of temperature.(2)The division of tunnel engineering components by highway tunnel civil structure and relevant specifications was studied,and the classification method of tunnel model components was proposed,based on which the tunnel BIM model was constructed,and the coding method of tunnel components and structural condition monitoring sensor was designed.(3)A BIM-based highway tunnel structure state visualization system is designed and developed.The system can obtain real-time tunnel structure state monitoring and measurement database information and perform visual simulations of tunnel structure state monitoring and measurement data from multiple dimensions.The system adopts B/S architecture,realizes the cloud management and system deployment of data in the cloud server,improves the convenience of system use,and reduces the management and maintenance cost of the system.Based on the engineering application background of the Shaanxi Baohan Expressway Lianchengshan Tunnel,this paper introduces BIM technology into the structural state management of highway tunnels.This visual management method has obvious effects and meets the national requirements for digital tunnel construction,provides technical support for improving the digital management level of highway tunnels in the whole life cycle,and makes new exploration for applying BIM technology in the tunnel field.
