Research On The Transformation Of The Old Residence Suitable For The Elderly Based On The Idea Of Continuous Care Community

With the proportion of China's elderly population is increasing, the deepening of the aging population and the social problems have attracted more and more attention. Taking home care as the core, the new pension model based on community endowment has become China's main stage endowment trend. At the same time, elderly people are more likely to care in their own environment. So the construction of comfortable, safe and suitable for the community environment has become the primary task of community construction.There is a large population of elderly in the old community of China. The demand for facilities for the elderly are most urgent. However, the current situation is difficult to support the home care in old community. Showing a serious shortage of pension facilities, space is not for the old, service projects are not satisfied with the phenomenon. Therefore, it is imperative to establish the community endowment facilities with different levels and different contents. On the other hand, the old community site conditions are limited, it is difficult to build a new centralized, large-scale pension facilities. But there are plenty of idle of the old housing in the community. These idle resources reuse of integration, through the transformation of the housing transformation for small scale community care facilities is an effective way for the construction of future community care facilities.In recent years, the country put forward the relevant policy in the shown to the development of pension facilities in small scale and function of the direction of the trend, and put forward the construction of pension service facilities by replacement other facilities. However, there is a lack of research for small scale facilities for the elderly in China, taking the residential suitable transformation for small scale facilities for elderly study whether in theory or in practice is even more less. It is in urgent need of the academic exploration and accumulation to explore the applicability in our old residential community fitness aging transformation of new ideas and new methods.This paper is based on the topic of old residential aging fitness transformation. The main contents are as follows: the domestic and foreign residential transformation theory and methods to sort out and refine. In Beijing Chaoyang District, the old community as the research object by mapping, photography, interviews to collect the data of community pension service facilities and residential space within the current problems; through questionnaires the demands of older people who lives in the community home endowment are summarized as a basis for the design; Continuing Care Community in foreign countries and related concepts residential renovation method as the theoretical basis and reference. Trying to put forward the construction of old community endowment service system and taking the ideas of housing suitable for aging transformation method are the key points in the design. In the end, trying to design the home based pension facilities for the example of an old district.
