| With the acceleration of national industrial upgrading and transformation,and th e innovation of production mode brought about by network information technology an d science and technology,the creative industry driven by innovation has gradually bec ome an important industry type to promote urban economic development,and the ind ustrial parks bearing this industry type have also received a lot of attention in recent y ears.Different from the production and processing of manual labor in traditional indu strial parks,the parks with creative R&D and innovation as the main industrial activiti es have spawned a large number of creative groups focusing on mental labor.Because of the special behavior of this kind of people,its appearance has brought many new f eatures such as the functional composition,spatial layout,and use mode of the park sp ace,especially for the external space,which is an important space carrier for commun ication,collision,and gathering required by the creative people’s "creativity" output.Starting with the analysis of the "software" characteristics of the users of such in dustrial parks,the paper establishes a connection between the space appeal of creativit y and the space entity through the "informal communication space" in the external spa ce,and summarizes it as "the third space".At the same time,it analyzes the spatial co nnotation,spatial composition,spatial characteristics of the "third space" and its reacti on to "creativity";On this basis,the design strategy for the "third space" of this kind o f park is proposed and applied in specific practical cases.The research of this paper ha s certain theoretical value and practical significance for the re understanding of the ext ernal space of the "creative industrial park" and further guiding the design practice.T his paper is mainly divided into six chapters and three parts:As the basic part of the article,the first and second chapters first sort out the bac kground and significance of the thesis research,and explain the concept and character istics of the third space of the creative industrial park,limited the research objects,an d analyze the establishment of its internal logic and propositions Essence At the same time,the research framework and research method of the article were combed.The se cond chapter provides support and reference for further research on this article.The th ree,four,and five chapters of the article,as the core part of this article,summarize the overall analysis of the "third space" of the creative industrial park,combine the theor etical foundation of the previous article to propose targeted design strategies.Chapter III’s "Third Space" organizational model,element composition,interaction between fa ctors,and the characteristics of the "third space" jointly formed by the factors of the cr eative industrial park.The system construction,combined with the three cases of the f irst three cases of Google headquarters,Tianmi,and Hangzhou Xixi.Chapter 4 further proposes targeted design strategies and methods for the overall space form,space fun ction,intersection node,space atmosphere,and landscape construction.Chapter 5 Bas ed on the analysis and interpretation of the design of the Yuhe Creative Industrial Park in Weifang City,it is designed and created by the theoretical strategy to design the "th ird space" of the industrial park,thereby providing support for experience practice in t he theoretical research of this article.Chapter 6 is the summary and outlook of this art icle.On the basis of explaining the research conclusions of the paper,the outlook for t he "third space" design of the creative industrial park in the future. |
