Under the background of national industrial development and transformation,"innovation" has become the main driving force of industrial development,and the Creative Industries have gradually become the main industry types for the future development of cities.Thus,the construction of creative industrial parks has also started in recent years.Different from traditional industrial parks,the structure of labor force in creative industrial parks has changed.Creative people based on mental labor have gradually replaced manual labor as the main group in the creative industrial park.Research and creation have become the main industrial activities in the park,and the creativity has become the goal of the park development.The change of worker is bound to put forward new requirements for the environment of industrial parks.What are the outstanding characteristics of creative people? And what kind of working environment can meet the working and leisure needs of creative people? These have become the key issues in while planning the creative industrial parks.This paper introduces the concept of "The third space" to study the typical Creative Industrial Park in Shenzhen.Through questionnaire survey,non-structural interviews,observation and other methods,this paper analyzes the characteristics of creative people;summarizes the spatial needs of creative people;finally puts forward the third space configuration strategy of the creative industry park.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,combs out the general situation of Shenzhen's creative industries and creative industrial parks,and formulates the principles of selecting research cases.Based on the principles,Weixin Software Science Park,Shenzhen Software Industry Base and Huaqiaocheng Cultural and Creative Industrial Park are selected as the research cases.Then use the method of field investigation and interviews to comb the status of the third space in the three parks and summary the activities of creative groups in the creative industry park.On this basis,through questionnaire survey and observation methods,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics and activities of creative groups in the park.It is found that the time of leisure activities of creative people are concentrated;and the demand of creative people to the third space in the park presents a hierarchical characsteristic,so does the sphere of activity.Based on the analysis and the related research results,this paper summarizes the "residential-workplace" behavior model of creative people and the hierarchical demand model of creative people.This paper divides the three circles of creative people's activities,which are the activity circle around the building,the activity circle inside the park and the activity circle around the park.Finally,according to the above analysis results,the Third Space configuration strategy of Creative Industry Park is summarized from four aspects: the key configuration principle,the type and scale of the third space,the third space layout,and the implementation and management of the third space allocation.It is hoped that this study will provide a reference for the third space configuration of creative industrial park.
