With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,the whole people’s consciousness of protecting historical buildings has been gradually established.While protecting historical buildings,we should not only pay attention to historical buildings and the relationship between historical buildings and the environment.This true feeling is experienced by us through five senses,but protectors tend to pay more attention to the protection of vision and ignore the protection of hearing.Therefore,it is very important to study the sound and scene effect of historical buildings,which can help us to better protect historical buildings and promote the repair and development of historical buildings.The sound and scene protection of historical buildings in China is still in the primary stage,so it is necessary to study its influence on human beings.Most of the research on sound scene stays in the reverberation of church,Buddhist temple and theater space,but the research on sound scene is not only these.Removal of noise,protection of white noise and introduction of new sources can change the sound environment of a building or a scene.Noise processing,the use of white noise,the introduction of new sound sources(the impact of music on people)are all research topics in different fields.However,the combination of various sound and scene elements in the protection of historical buildings is rarely heard,so the study of sound and scene effect is worth discussing.This paper takes the building of the hospital as the main research object,puts forward the proposed solution through field investigation,literature reference,environmental observation,questionnaire survey,software analysis,case analysis and so on,and carries out the optimization scheme on this basis,and draws a conclusion.Qingdao Liyuan Building is a local historical building with Chinese and foreign mixed characteristics.At present,it is in the primary stage of repair.Pay attention to the research of its sound landscape protection,solve its own acoustic environment and the noise impact caused by the surrounding area,and protect the white noise,which can better make it become a model of historical building protection.This paper puts forward the development mode of residence development,youth hotel,home staying,cultural place and old-age unit.The direction of various development models is based on the premise of not destroying the environment of historical blocks,adapting measures to local conditions,and making rational use of the comprehensive development of various models,according to the urban development and repair condition optimization mode,multidimensional development Liyuan courtyard new function,and through technical methods and means to give good sound environment,can better protect Liyuan courtyard,make Liyuan courtyard building better service for local residents,foreign passengers.In this paper,modern equipment,software,technology and advanced soundscape protection ideas are used to solve the problems caused by soundscape protection from three aspects: solving noise,protecting favorable white noise and masking noise,so as to do a good job in soundscape protection of the Liyuan Building: according to the existing sound environment of the Liyuan Building,the sound elements combined with the Liyuan courtyard area are introduced to deepen the imprint of the times and historical features.rationally plan and organize the dynamic and static zoning of the courtyard,subtract the chaotic and jumbled functional areas,organically integrate them,and reduce the noise types that affect residents.Through the transformation of the selected plots,remove the negative source caused by noise,abandon the unreasonable transformation route,grasp the development direction of the Liyuan courtyard,we can find out a set of transformation schemes that suit local conditions and are practical,and provide development planning for the optimization of surrounding plots and reproduce the strong market atmosphere of the Liyuan courtyard.The above is the core of this paper to solve the problem of soundscape protection,which can not only be applied to the Liyuan Building,but also provide thinking for the restoration and repair of other historical buildings.Regardless of the ancient and modern buildings,the study of its soundscape protection should be paid attention to and attached importance to people.The times and life are progressing,and we should take the lead.
