In order to promote the construction of innovative ways and raise the overall level of construction quality and management level,it is imperative to develop prefabricated buildings,realizing the sustainable development of new construction methods with low carbon and green construction.At present,it has become a hot topic of scholars' research,whose research interests focus on the theory of prefabricated building and cost analysis.The prefabricated units as the primary material fabricated building projects,its procurement activities throughout the prefabricated building construction process,which plays an important role in improving the quality of the building structure and reducing the cost of the enterprise.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to reduce the impact of procurement risks from the source.Based on the prefabricated building background,this paper studies the risk influencing factors in the procurement process of prefabricated components.Firstly,through the combination and expert interviews of relevant research results,the risk factor analysis index system of prefabricated building component is constructed.The influencing factors include market information factors,procurement management factors,supplier development factors,Supplier production factors,supplier delivery factors,component quality factors,and purchasing personnel factors.Then,the unreasonable risk factors are removed to determine the risk factors model by using structural equation model fitting,correction,analysis.Finally,the intuitionistic fuzzy method is introduced to evaluate and analyze the risk evaluation index system of prefabricated building materials.The weighting ratio of each index in the influencing factors of purchasing risk is calculated,and propose appropriate risk prevention measures.Through the research in this paper,it is beneficial to scientifically improve the procurement risk management of prefabricated building materials,and to reduce the procurement cost from the source of construction enterprises.It also can improve the efficiency of enterprises and have practical guidance for the long-term good development of enterprises.
