| Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization. In order to implement the national development strategy,in recent years China has actively promoted the development of housing industrialization in the field of housing urban and rural construction. At the same time, governments in various regions have continuously released relevant policy dividends.Prefabricated residential buildings have entered an all-round development stage as an important means to achieve the development of residential industrialization. With the increase of prefabricated residential project construction node enterprises, the supply chain function is perfected and the supply chain structure becomes complex and fragile. As a result, problems such as poor information transmission between enterprises and low supply chain output efficiency occur frequently.Risk issues related to prefabricated residential building supply chain increasingly prominent.Based on these issues, the research on the identification and evaluation of the supply chain risk of prefabricated residential buildings is helpful to strengthen the security of the operation of the prefabricated residential building supply chain, promote the benign development of the residential industry, and it is of great practical significance to enhance the anti-risk ability of construction enterprises and realize green development.Based on the SCOR model, this article restructures the supply chain organization framework of prefabricated residential buildings. It consists of six specific processes: planning, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, delivery, and return.Based on this framework, this paper uses the compound weighting-matter element extension evaluation model to conduct risk evaluation research. The full text can be summarized into four parts: The first part describes the characteristics of prefabricated residential buildings and their supply chains, and determines the identification and evaluation methods of prefabricated residential building supply chain risks based on the characteristics of supply chain risks. In the second part, the SCOR model is established to identify the risk of the prefabricated residential building supply chain, the Delphi method is used to screen the risk factors, and finally the prefabricated residential building supply chain risk evaluation index system is established. In the third part,a compound weighting-matter element extension evaluation model is constructed, and an empirical analysis is conducted in combination with actual cases to verify the applicability of the evaluation model. The fourth part summarizes the research conclusions of the full text, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the risk factors in the specific process of the supply chain of prefabricated residential buildings. The research results of this paper are as follows: First,it enriches the theoretical research of the supply chain of prefabricated residential buildings. The prefabricated residential building supply chain is a typical pull-type supply chain, which drives the output of residential building products through accurate predictions of home buyer demand. In addition, there are many nodes in the prefabricated residential building supply chain, the structure is complex, and there are many hidden risks. It is necessary to take necessary supply chain risk management methods.Second, establish a risk assessment index system for the supply chain of prefabricated residential buildings.Construct a SCOR model to identify internal risk factors in the supply chain, combine external environmental risks, and use Delphi method to filter risk factors. Finally, build a supply chain risk of prefabricated residential buildings with 7 first-level evaluation indicators and 31 second-level evaluation indicators Evaluation System.Third, the construction and application of compound weighting-matter element extension evaluation model. At first, the AHP and entropy weight method are used to determine the comprehensive weight.Next the matter-element extension evaluation method is used to determine the risk level of the target supply chain. Then the applicability analysis of the evaluation model of the supply chain network involved in the Wuhan Famous Family K2 Project was carried out.The risk evaluation results were consistent with the risk characteristics of the supply chain, which proved the feasibility of the model.Fourth, propose countermeasures for risk factors.According to the results of case evaluation, according to the key risk factors in different stages of the supply chain of prefabricated residential buildings, corresponding risk prevention countermeasures are proposed to provide a reference for related supply chain risk management. |
