| Urban commercial planning is accorded to the Urban master plan and the inherent requirements of urban commercial development.It is the planning of the spatial layout,functional structure and construction scale of commercial entities in the future.Urban structure form has now changed,and the city retail commercial layout structure also has had the qualitative change.With the continuous popularization of the Internet and information technology rapid development,it formed a new social form,social network,the electricity of this new business model.It has a huge impact on social economy,caused a certain change to urban retail commercial layout,urban retail business of collapse,area shrinking,network reducing.Based on the above background,this paper mainly studies the layout of the city under the influence of electric business.Among them,the increase or decrease of the scale and the updating of the types of formats all affect the changes of the layout,so it is necessary to carry out relevant research on the changes of the formats and sizes of urban retail commerce.This paper mainly adopts relevant literature summarization method,interdisciplinary research analysis method,field research method,case demonstration method,theory combined with practice,to conduct research.By studying the changing trend of retail business layout in the whole country and investigating the evolving pattern of retail business layout in the central area of zhangjiakou city,it is concluded that the changing rule of urban retail business space layout.It shows the general trend of network layout and the partial trend of centralized dynamic layout.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward reasonable and practical reference methods,and puts forward effective strategies for the combination development of e-commerce and retail business in the future. |
