Research On The Adaptability Landscape Renovation Of Old Urban Communities

Against the backdrop of China’s "aging population" and "home based elderly care" era,Zhengzhou City is about to rapidly enter the stage of aging.The typical model of local elderly care construction is the community-based elderly care model.The elderly are the main users of the community landscape environment,but there are many problems with the landscape environment.This article takes Changlv 14 Community in Shangjie District,Zhengzhou City as an example,focusing on studying the elderly population in the community.It conducts physiological,psychological,and behavioral research on the elderly population,supplemented by behavioral research on children,young people,and middle-aged people.Combining the concept of age-friendly landscape and the research object,based on the relevant norms and standards of "community landscape transformation",it conducts on-site research on the age-friendly landscape environment of Changlv 14 Community,Using relevant methods such as AHP analysis and questionnaire surveys,statistical analysis was conducted on field preferences,and problems were identified from the perspectives of green landscape,road traffic,and site implementation.This provides a reliable direction for the transformation of aging friendly landscapes in the Changaluminum14 community.The main content of this article is divided into four parts.Chapter 2 is the basic theoretical research of the article,which studies the physiology of the elderly from three aspects: appearance and body,organ function,and endocrine system;Research on the behavior of the elderly can be divided into behavioral patterns,temporal characteristics,clustering characteristics,and regional characteristics;The psychology of the elderly is divided into the psychology of different living conditions of the elderly,color psychology,environmental psychology,and demand psychology.And combined with the needs and characteristics of children,middle-aged and young people,as well as domestic and foreign case studies,provide theoretical support for the elderly friendly landscape transformation of the Houwen Changaluminum 14community;Chapter 3 analyzes the construction process,types,current situation,and post renovation status of the Changaluminum Factory community in Shangjie District,Zhengzhou City,and conducts on-site research to summarize the current situation of "discomfort" in similar communities;Chapter 4 focuses on policies,regulations,literature,community personnel interview screening,resident questionnaire collection research,and on-site investigation and analysis.A summary of the preferences of the elderly in the Changaluminum 14 community was conducted,and the AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to study the findings,The importance order of the design of aging friendly landscape renovation in old communities in Zhengzhou city is: green landscape(0.4595)>road traffic(0.2502)>site implementation(0.1571)>basic supporting facilities(0.0977)>site selection layout(0.0356).Explore and analyze the issues of aging adaptation transformation in old communities from these aspects,and carry out targeted aging adaptation design and transformation based on evidence.Provide practical and feasible key renovation design directions for the elderly friendly landscape renovation in Chapter 5 of the community;Chapter 5 selects the Changaluminum 14 community for age-friendly landscape renovation,and conducts a detailed survey of the community overview and the current situation of the landscape environment within the community.Elaborate on the renovation of the aging friendly landscape in the Changaluminum 14 community,and propose targeted renovation measures based on the renovation goals and principles.And carry out overall(road analysis,functional zoning,landscape nodes,horticultural planting,etc.)and detailed(activity space design,garbage bin design,plant landscape design,logo design,seat design,building color design,etc.)age-friendly landscape renovation design within the community,and complete the improvement of the age-friendly landscape renovation of Changaluminum 14 community.
