Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Expressway Operation And Management In Inner Mongoliaautonomous Region

The expressway is an important part of the national road network and plays an important role in the development of social economy.China’s highway from the1970 s and 1980 s began to develop rapidly,after decades of struggle,we have experienced from nothing to nothing,from less and more changes,the total mileage of China’s highway has been ranked first in the world.In the future,in order to meet the needs of the masses for highways,the construction mileage of China’s highways will continue to increase.Although the operating mileage of domestic expressways has increased year by year,its operating capacity and service level are not proportional to the scale of expressways,especially after the national network toll of expressways,the deep-seated problems in the current operation and management of expressways have gradually emerged.With Inner Mongolia expressway operation and management as the research object and content,guided by public management theories such as public product theory,new public service theory and holistic governance theory,this paper makes a relatively comprehensive and systematic analysis and research using case analysis,comparative analysis,investigation and research methods,and objectively describes the status quo of Inner Mongolia expressway operation and management.This paper comprehensively and deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the status quo of Inner Mongolia expressway operation and management and the main causes of the problems.By drawing on the advanced management experience at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia expressway operation and management,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the operation and management of Inner Mongolia expressway.
