In the process of urbanization,our country has developed a large scale dismantling construction method,and the urban development model has evolved from increment to stock.With the historical changes,changes in people’s lifestyles,and unreasonable development methods of urban construction,problems such as urban texture damage,ecological damage,and inadequate infrastructure in the old urban areas have gradually become prominent.Resulting in population loss and low spatial vitality.The decline of population flow and spatial vitality,and it has a serious impact on the construction of new type of urbanization,and the aging city is unable to meet the demands of modern life.Therefore,it is urgent to take action to update county cities.This article selects Jing County,Hengshui City,Hebei Province as the research city,and takes the Jingzhou Tower area as the research object.Based on the overall background of urban renewal,it conducts research and analysis on the "weaving" theory,Summarize the advantages of weaving theory in the renewal of old cities.Conduct research on the Jingzhou Tower area through literature research,case analysis,on-site research,and other methods.Conduct research and analysis on the Jingzhou Tower area from the perspectives of urban texture,transportation environment,landscape environment,functional structure,historical and cultural background,and summarize relevant issues and propose corresponding design strategies.Apply the "weaving and patching" strategy to the updated design of the Jingzhou Tower area in Hengshui and summarize and summarize it.The theme of this study is to introduce the "theory of embellishment" to fuse the old town into the system of the whole city.Enable people to understand the culture of Jingzhou Tower and local intangible culture.Promote the restoration of culture and the protection of the city’s context,promote the harmony of the urban landscape,restore the damaged ecological environment,improve the living environment of the residents,improve the vitality of the region,and promote economic development to some extent.Prove the applicability of the "weaving and patching" theory in the renewal of old cities in county areas,hoping to provide reference for similar regional renewal designs.
