| The civil aviation industry is a key strategic basic industry for China’s socio-economic development,and the construction of civil aviation infrastructure is an indispensable part of China’s infrastructure investment.After more than 40 years of steady development of reform and opening up,domestic civil aviation infrastructure construction has undergone fundamental changes.Its effectiveness in economic development is also gradually apparent.Therefore,exploring the role of local governments in promoting the construction of civil aviation infrastructure is of great practical significance for promoting local development and the development of civil aviation industry.This paper takes Z Province as an analysis case,analyzes the development environment and government support of civil aviation in Z Province on the basis of collecting data from various aspects,and points out that the current government support for civil aviation development in Z Province has problems such as imperfect policies,unreasonable layout structure,weak anti-monopoly support,and backward management model.Based on this,the application of service-oriented government theory and industrial support policy theory to carry out in-depth analysis of the problem,and found that the deep reasons for the problems of government support for the development of civil aviation in Z Province at this stage are mainly: the government’s lack of awareness of civil aviation infrastructure construction;The government does not properly manage the layout and structure of civil aviation infrastructure construction;There are policy barriers to government support;Relevant government staff lack professional ability and quality.Finally,in view of the above problems and reasons,the paper gives feasible suggestions for the development of civil aviation industry from multiple levels,including improving the government’s awareness and awareness,and improving the government’s support policies;Reconstruct the industrial layout,fully optimize and improve the development structure;Introducing competition mechanism to promote fair and healthy competition;Improve the competence and professional quality of relevant government staff. |
