Research On The Design Strategy Of Industrial Community Based On Structuralist Methodology

With the advancement of industry-city integration and the advent of Industry 4.0 era,the earlier construction mode of industrial parks is contrary to the spatial development demand at the present stage.Meanwhile,many domestic cities have introduced new industrial land use(M0)policies in response to the demands of the era of industry-city integration,which have clarified the construction direction for industrial communities.Although industrial communities have been put into practice in recent years,research at the level of spatial layout theory is still lacking,and there is a lack of systematic paradigm guidance.And structuralism,as a methodology,has certain guiding significance in the fields of architecture and urban and rural planning.The complete structural system behind the industrial community coincides with the whole and the part,the co-temporal and the ephemeral in structuralism.Different from the previous industrial community design strategy which only focuses on spatial layout,this paper introduces structuralism methodology and constructs a preliminary framework of industrial community design strategy from three aspects: industrial structure,spatial structure and social structure,respectively.Firstly,the development overview of industrial parks in China is summarized,and the connotation of structuralist methodology and its application value are discussed;then,based on the study of the definition,characteristics and scale of industrial communities,combined with the analysis of a large amount of data of existing industrial communities,the in-depth study of enterprises,employment population and urban demand,the three main characteristics of structural systems are mapped to the field of industrial communities,and from the structuralist perspective Then,we summarize the design points of industrial communities in terms of industrial structure,spatial structure and social structure;finally,we verify the above design points through the practice of related projects.This thesis systematically discusses the design strategy of industrial community based on structuralism methodology,and initially constructs the design strategy of networking industrial structure,communityizing spatial structure and humanizing social structure.While optimizing the spatial layout of industrial communities,it meets the requirements of industrial vitality and scene creation in industrial communities,with a view to guiding the planning and construction of subsequent industrial communities and promoting the transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of industrial parks.
