In the process of power system experiment,developers use semiphysical simulation to conduct experiments in the early stage,which can reduce the development cycle and cost of products under certain conditions,and pre-experiment can also ensure the safety of developers.In view of the simulation needs,this paper designs a kind of semi-physical simulator based on FPGA,which is relatively small in scale and relatively complete in function.It is composed of the upper computer interface compiled by FPGA board card and Lab VIEW software.Users can choose the model according to their own experimental requirements and carry out the semi-physical simulation experiment.This paper mainly studies the following four contents:The model discretization,accuracy and stability of trapezoidal integral method and forward/backward Euler are compared in detail from the basic circuit modeling analysis.By comparing the node analysis method with the state space method and the switching modeling method,the design route of the simulation platform developed in this paper is finally determined by the improved Euler method.Aiming at the need of hardware code generation after circuit model generation in the development of emulator,this paper developed an automatic generation mode of FPGA model code which is suitable for the platform of this paper through System Generator.Through equivalent discrete iteration of the model and comparison with off-line simulation in Simulink environment,the correctness of the improved Euler method is verified,and the equivalent three-phase inverter IP core is generated.In order to realize the function of the upper computer,the external interface and user interface of the simulation platform are developed by gigabit Ethernet and the upper computer in Lab VIEW environment,and the functions of the upper computer model selection,model download and realtime display of the simulation waveform curve are realized.The FPGA based simulator platform was built,and the offline simulation experiment was carried out for the actual circuit.By comparing the simulation results of various circuits running on different platforms,the applicability and correctness of the real-time simulation platform and algorithm in this paper are verified.
