| Continuously Variable Transmission as a new type of transmission,relying on its high transmission efficiency and low fuel consumption,is powered by more and more devices.This topic’s research object is a pure mechanical Electronic-Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission Controller.Compared to the hydraulic control system,it has the very high research value and development space.The method which install CVT machine on bench test is the main,in the process of debugging,the experiment cycle is long,cost higher defect is inevitable.Based on field test,this article developed a online calibration and hardware-in-the-loop simulation system for Electronic-Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission Controller.It can not only accurate,convenient debugging and calibration of EMCVT replaced complex test equipment;Also provides the controller with virtual debugging environment,carrying the EMCVT’s main features.Firstly,This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of existing EMCVT and control system,studies the online debugging techniques and related hardware in the loop simulation technology,which combined the experimental results,summarized a set of reliable EMCVT control requirements.And then,to meet the requirements of control,set up a hardware and software platform based on USB2817 with data acquisition card and the Labview.Design a stable feasible parameter Settings,the realization of the processing analysis of the data processing requirements,the experiment proved the reliability of the platform precision.Finally,design a complete program system,divided into two parts,online debugging and hardware in the loop simulation.Online debugging session by graphic language,satisfy the clutch position,speed control motor and gear signal debugging and accuracy.Hardware in the loop simulation part on the basis of experimental results,fitting out the ideal speed curve,engine model,EMCVT model is established.This article system with easy operation,clear display of the human-computer interaction interface to reflect,through simulation experiment to confirm the reliability of the system,achieved the effect of control. |
