Semi physical simulation technology is of great significance to build an integrated weapon test and evaluation system. Based on that, if it can lead to success depends on the physical- mathematical simulation can accurately simulate the battlefield environment, can accurate data acquisition and correctly process in applications.This paper is based on the LabVIEW software platform for both weapons test and evaluation of system software design, mainly to achieve the system parameter setting, data acquisition, processing, application and storage as well as exterior ballistic solution, hitting probability and damage probability calculation function.Firstly, the paper studies the experimental task of weapon integrated test and evaluation system, including the system function and information interaction.According to the requirements of software architecture design, this paper finished each functional module and information flow designing, and according to the characteristics of LabVIEW software, formulating the programming style guidelines, which contributed to the realization and raising the high level of performance of the software function.Secondly, this paper studies the exterior ballistic theory, the function modeling and solving methods. This paper introduces the coordinates of the system and the method of conversion between the coordinates. And at the same time it completes the mathematical modeling of the coordinate conversion, and realizes the coordinate conversion of the turret coordinates to geodetic coordinates. In geodetic coordinate system, this paper realizes he exterior trajectory equation solver through the establishment of exterior trajectory equation method for exterior ballistic simulation and application Runge- Kutta method.Then, the paper introduces the target and the method of object representation. The analysis method of projectile attack target is studied as well. The damage probability and hit probability are studied, and the calculation method of damage probability and hit probability are designed and realized.Finally, based on theory and modeling studies above, the paper designs and develops the software of integrated test and evaluation, which realizes the system parameters setting, data acquisition, processing and application, as well as external trajectory simulation, hit and damage probability assessment and other functions. Then it simulates visual system, shaking table system and other physical simulation platform on computer to further verify the function of the software platform.
