Today,with the rapid development of technology and the increasingly perfect application of big data,China’s tax collection is moving from "managing tax by experience" and "controlling tax by tickets" to "managing tax by numbers".At the same time,in order to promote the informatization and intelligent reform of tax management,value-added tax electronic invoice is an important tool.It can be predicted that with the comprehensive popularization of the "Golden Tax Phase IV" in China,electronic invoices will promote the intelligent collection and processing of various aspects of information,thereby achieving a higher level of tax collection and management.With the popularization of tax informatization and electronic invoice,on the one hand,it provides great convenience for business activities,on the other hand,it also poses various challenges to the company.This requires enterprises to automate and intelligently control and integrate processes such as invoicing and ticketing,as well as coordinate hardware and software upgrades and overall management systems.Enterprises should be aware that the intelligent and informatization reform of electronic invoices has put forward higher requirements for the supervision and management of enterprise electronic invoices.Correspondingly,the tax compliance management in the commercial field should also be stricter,otherwise it will bring greater tax risks.In this context,enterprises are faced with a period of transition.On the one hand,not all invoices can be fully electronic.Some invoices,such as taxi invoices,train tickets,and air transportation electronic ticket itineraries,can be used as company invoice vouchers,but relevant information needs to be entered and reviewed manually;On the other hand,with the implementation of all electronic invoices,the original invoice management system of enterprises not only has contradictions with electronic invoice management,but also has problems such as low management efficiency and increased costs.Based on this background and current situation,it is urgent for enterprises to optimize their electronic invoice management.This paper considers various aspects of enterprise electronic invoice management and application,including the entire lifecycle process of electronic invoice issuance,sending,identification,verification,accounting,reimbursement,and archiving management.At the same time,it conducts a unified study combining the enterprise’s tax declaration process and electronic invoice data pool.Aiming at the problems encountered by enterprises in the management and application of electronic invoices,practical solutions are proposed for enterprises to improve the efficiency of electronic invoice management;At the same time,optimize the original invoice process to make it more suitable for the new electronic invoice application;After studying the relevant regulations,standards,specifications,technical means,and management modes of electronic invoices,the management methods and corresponding technical and business specifications for enterprise electronic invoices have been formulated;To standardize the storage of relevant electronic documents,a new electronic file management system is proposed to better upload,save,manage,and query electronic invoice data;Finally,based on the existing electronic invoice data pool,more data value has been discovered,enabling it to provide effective assistance for enterprise strategic decision-making and business management.The management optimization proposed in this paper can well help enterprises adapt to the reform of all electronic invoices,and also meet the management requirements of the State Administration of Taxation to "control taxes by invoices".It improves the management efficiency of electronic invoices while saving costs and time.By optimizing electronic invoice management,it also enables Enterprise A to quickly collect tax payments and invoice usage in real time,enabling Enterprise A to conduct efficient,reliable,and convenient business data analysis,improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the market to a certain extent,and effectively alleviating the operational pressure of the enterprise in real time.
