Research On The Mechanism Of Coordinated Development Of Port Logistics And Economy In Chongqing

Chongqing as a "Belt and Road",the Yangtze river basin economic belt,the Midwest Lu Haixin channel,he main node of inland international logistics development,the impact of the new outbreak,Chongqing port international trade container volume of 478000 teus,city international flow of 7.6 million tons,up 8% year on year,foreign trade totaled 800 billion yuan,up 22.8% year on year,continued the double-digit growth since 2018.In order to promote the connection between port logistics and the "14th Five-Year Plan" outline of the city’s economic development,the integrated development of port and city has been unstoppable.In the process of promoting the comprehensive integration of the economy and society of the port city,the coordinated development of regional and port logistics services is the key factor to promote the interaction of the port city.On the one hand,the rapid development of regional economy is the booster of the rapid development of port logistics,providing it with infrastructure,capital and rich supply of goods.On the other hand,the port logistics reacts on the regional economy,which not only drives the rapid development of the port industry and the economy,but also provides a platform support for the regional economy to accelerate its integration into the world trade market industry chain.Therefore,the paper deeply studies the coordinated development mechanism of port logistics and regional economy,objectively analyzes the coordinated development status of port logistics and regional economy,and provides theoretical guidance for the formulation of scientific and feasible port and industrial development policies in the future.This paper uses the main theory including regional economic development theory,coupling coordination theory,coordination theory,from the regional economy of port logistics,port logistics of regional economy and the interaction mechanism between the two gradually analysis,and summarizes the coordinated development mechanism of port logistics and regional economy mechanism.On the basis of further improving the existing coordination model of composite system,this paper treat the port logistics and regional economy as two subsystems of the composite system,form the coordination model of port logistics-regional economic composite system,and study the model by using the statistics collected from 2000-2020 to reduce the data and eliminate the price effect.The demonstration shows that in recent years,Chongqing port logistics and regional economy show a coordinated development state,and the overall development trend is increasing year by year.At present,the development level of the two has reached a highly coordinated state.Since 2018,the regional economic development level of Chongqing has been slightly higher than that of port logistics,showing a state of "city-led" development,and the driving role of port logistics on the economy needs to be strengthened.According to the research conclusion,four suggestions are put forward to "improve the service capacity of the regional logistics network,accelerate the modernization,green port construction,cultivate and strengthen the economic development platform,and promote the coordinated development of trade along the channel",so as to improve the coordinated development level of the port logistics and the regional economy in Chongqing.
