The evaluation of the handling performance of ships is a complex issue,and it is obviously not comprehensive and accurate to evaluate the performance simply through an influencing factor.For example,the same ship has different maneuverability performance in different loading states;The same ship has different maneuverability performance in different external environments such as wind and current;Different tonnage and different types of ships have different handling performance in different loading states.Therefore,the research on ship maneuverability needs to judge the advantages and disadvantages according to what state the ship is in,and then find out what parameter changes affect the ship’s maneuverability in each state,so as to ensure the navigation safety of the ship.In this thesis,the main and sub-factors affecting the maneuvering performance are selected by constructing the ship maneuvering performance evaluation model,and then the triangular fuzzy number and network analysis method are combined to calculate the influence weight and performance ranking respectively.Taking the real ship super-large ore ship "Yuzhonghai" as an example,the maneuverability performance of the ship under three different loading conditions of ballast,half load and full load is analyzed,and the general and key operations are carried out based on the ship operation simulator,and finally the research conclusion is verified by comparing the ship motion parameters under the three loading conditions,and the feasibility of using this method to evaluate the ship maneuverability performance is also proved.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Integrate the two ship handling performance evaluation standards of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)and the American Bureau of Shipping(ABS)to make the evaluation standards more comprehensive and the evaluation results more convincing;(2)This thesis introduces the research status of ship maneuverability evaluation at home and abroad,compares the applicable conditions,advantages and disadvantages of the four comprehensive evaluation and decision-making methods,and proposes a combination of triangular fuzzy number and network analysis as a method for evaluating ship maneuverability from the perspective of the research object of this thesis.(3)Comprehensively analyze the determinants affecting the ship’s maneuverability from five aspects: ship rotation performance,redirection and bow roll inhibition,initial rotation,ship parking performance and ship parameters,and establish a ship maneuverability evaluation model;(4)Taking the real ship as an example,the combined level value of ship maneuverability is calculated by triangular fuzzy number and network analysis method,and finally the maneuverability performance of this ship under three loading conditions is sorted according to IMO ship manipulation standards,and the change law of each parameter is obtained.Finally,based on the ship maneuvering simulator and simulation platform,the research conclusions of the maneuverability of ultra-large mineral sands ships are tested and verified.
