Based on the needs of the corn harvest theoretical system,the topic sets up cutting test bench of variable angle feeding harvest about corn to meeting the test requirements of the experiment,using a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification and high-speed camera technology on working mechanism research of cutting test bench of variable angle feeding harvest about corn.Comprehensive correlation degree and the optimum combination are obtained through the analysis of orthogonal test and single factor test verification.Comprehensive factors range from big to small are as follows:knife shaft speed,speed,the snapping roller speed,feeding angle;the comprehensive optimum combination are as follows:feeding angle of 90°,the traveling speed to 0.7m/s,snapping roll speed 1000r/min knife shaft speed 1780r/min.Based on the test bench,the variation feeding angle changes the state of motion of stem.The chopped stalks pass rate is obtained by the test data processing under different feeding angle,i.e.the feeding angle of 30° and 45°,chopped qualified rate the range of 87.6%to 92.1%;feeding angle of 90°,chopped pass rate of approximately 97.6%;feeding angle of 0°,30°,45°.The process of clamping role by fixed knife with knife,resulting in corn plants intermittent,is not conducive to the straw chopper.Using mathematical modeling and high-speed camera technology,analyze the overall process of the test.Based on the test bench,the theory of the corn plant mathematical model about displacement-time are deduced:With high-speed camera technology,moving images are captured in different corn plants feeding angle in the test bench.With scope-pro configuration for image pro and Matlab,the trajectory of the corresponding situation of corn plants and the regression model under various parameters are obtained.Then a comparative analysis is achieved.The results show that the theoretical curve is similar with the experimental state curve in the trend.Analysis of congestion and bite.With test results combined with high-speed restoring the images,we explored the main reason of clogging:machine moving too fast and excessive corn planting density.Calculating stem bite commonly found in the pre-chopped led straw sectional messy arrhythmia and sustained about 48ms duration.We generalized the feasible ways to short bite frequency under taking full account of the parameters and their interactions on each index summarizes,which further improved the corn harvest technology system and laid the foundation for the optimal design of the corn harvesting machinery.
