| Ningxia Haiyuan County belongs to the northern mountainous area of Ningxia,with dry climate and water shortage.Unreasonable irrigation and fertilization are the main factors restricting the economic development of greenhouse cultivation in this region.Due to unreasonable phenomena such as flooding and fertilizing local farmers,greenhouse melons in the region have problems such as poor economic output and low water and fertilizer utilization efficiency.In order to solve the problems of poor synergy between water and fertilizer,low yield,and quality decline in the solar greenhouse in this area,this paper sets two factors of water and phosphorus application,and sets three water levels W1(-20 KPa),W2(-30 KPa),W3(-40 KPa)and 4 phosphorus fertilizer levels P0(0),PI(75 kg/hm2),P2(150 kg/hm2),P3(225 kg/hm2),with thick skin melon As the research object,a plot experiment was designed to explore the effects of different water and phosphorus interaction treatments on the growth and development,yield,quality,nutrient absorption,water and phosphorus utilization efficiency of melons in the solar greenhouse,and to determine the most suitable water for the growth of melons in the local solar greenhouse.Level and phosphorus fertilizer level environment,the research results provide theoretical support for the increase in yield and efficiency of melon in this area and surrounding areas.The main research results are as follows:(1)In different water and phosphorus treatments,the water consumption of melon showed a"single peak" curve,reaching a maximum of 199.59 mm in the expansion stage.When the water content was the same,with the increase of the phosphorus fertilizer level,the water consumption showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,but when the phosphorus fertilizer was the same,it increased with the increase of the water level.Water has a significant effect on water consumption intensity in each growth stage of melon(P<0.05),and is extremely significant in the expansion stage(P<0.01),and phosphorus fertilizer has a significant effect on the water consumption intensity of melon at the expansion stage and mature stage(P<0.05).),the interaction between the two had no significant effect on water consumption intensity.(2)With the advancement of the growth period,the content of soil available phosphorus showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Under the same phosphorus fertilizer level,it reached the maximum at the level of W2,but there was no significant difference with W1 and W3.At the horizontal level,the content of soil available phosphorus increased with the increase of phosphorus application rate;the content of available phosphorus showed the characteristics of surface aggregation in different soil layers.(3)The photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,and intercellular CO2 concentration of melon were the largest at the W1 level and the smallest at the W3 level when the phosphorus fertilizer was the same.trend of decreasing afterward.The root injury flow intensity of melon increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of phosphorus fertilizer level under the same water level,and showed an increasing trend with the increase of water level under the same phosphorus fertilizer condition.The maximum value of P1 treatment at W1 level was 20.74 g.(4)The dry matter accumulation of muskmelon first increased to a certain amount and then decreased with the increase of phosphorus fertilizer when the water was the same.At the W1 level,the PI treatment was the highest,which was 7573.5 kg/hm2;under the same phosphorus fertilizer level,it increased with the water level.rise and increase.The change trend of melon phosphorus absorption was consistent with the change trend of dry matter accumulation,and the maximum value was 1482.65 mg/plant in W1P1 treatment.(5)Compared with other treatments,the W1P1 treatment had the largest yield,which was 26528.84 kg/hm2,the water use efficiency was 1.33 kg/m3,the vitamin C content was 27.22 mg/100g,and the soluble sugar content was 7.28%,all of which were excellent Compared with other treatments,the utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer was the highest under this treatment,which was 12.21%.The joint regulation of water and phosphorus fertilizer was beneficial to improve the utilization efficiency of phosphorus fertilizer in melon. |
